Broken implant- cylinder no longer in glans.

Been just about a year of my IPP breaking.

Right side cylinder still has the plastic area top in glans, but the left side is now chillin in the middle of penis.

Been using VED and stretching to keep size, I wonder if the left cylinder retracting into the penis now will cause me problems down the road in the time of revision surgery.

Any thoughts guys?

I just had similar issue. Left cylinder was retraced and ultimately herniated through the incision on the corpora. Doc had me into surgery ASAP. He was concerned that the body's attempt at healing could cause complications

Hi guys,

Interesting topic, I have a very similar issue and similar concern about perforation.

I can feel the tip of the cylinders just under the glans and am majorly worried one day they will just pierce through the skin.

My ( new surgeon ) agrees I was undersized but we agreed end of last year not to have a revision as it’s just too risky with my diabetes. I have a follow up in July so will reassess then.

Should I wait - did your injury just happen suddenly ( I assume after sex ) or was it a build up of pressure?

Anybody else have a pump break. Mine no longer works, bulb just doesn't transfer any fluid.
Dr. is going to replace the whole set up and may upsize to a 26cm.
Don't know why they can't just replace the bulb.
Does anyone know if the healing process is any faster with a replacement?
