What was it like first day of activation?

This afternoon my wife asked me if we will be able to have sex the day of activation. My date is June 2nd, 2023 at 3 P M eastern time.

I could not believe how enthusiastic she has become over this procedure. I am enthusiastic also but I am not saying anything for fear of jinxing the whole thing. My wife is called the "White Sheep" of her family, a goody two shoes. She never does anything risky and colors bewteen the lines always. To hear here make these expressions to me that she is horny is quite revealing of her frustration.

I could use some help on anyone relaying any of their experiences on the day of activation and the first sex exploit that day. For example did you have a lot pain that day? Did you get some pain meds in advance to prepare for the potential pain? Or did it all go off without a hitch.

Don't get me wrong, if I could I would fuck her brains out that night of June 2nd. Again she told today she is very horny and wants to get it on. I am also, the waiting is near intolerable and I do not want to touch her for fear of doing something stupid with my implant too soon. In fact since the surgery we are sleeping in separate rooms

Any feedback is appreciated.

Bill

I too am wondering this...my 4 week followup is June 7, I believe this is the date that my doctor will cycle mine for the first time. After 12ish years of having erection problems I'm anxious to see what it's like to be fully hard again, even my partially inflated implant is stiffer than what I could achieve pre-op.

You already have a thread with the same question Bill.

On my first day, I just gave it a couple of pumps and observed that it seemed to be working ok. But I had had a stroke that ultimately killed my libido and ended my sex life. I had zero interest in using the implant, and my wife was finished with sex after the years of fumbling around with ED. We had been sexless for several years at that point, and decided mutually to just forget about the whole thing. It's been nearly 20 years now, and our relationship is great, but not intimate. Works for us.

Congrats Bill!

This is just my experience, not to be confused with yours or anyone else's experience.

The first time, as soon as I got the green light, sucked for me, lol. First, I had only been cycling for a week or so - I was shocked at my size loss. But soldier on I did... managed to last like 10 - 15 minutes before it became too sore for me to continue. Since it had been nearly two months, neither one of us had an issue getting off - but it wasn't what I expected or hoped for. It was certainly no marathon session nor did I catch my wife's eye's rolling back into her skull...

Flash forward two months, four months, six months, then a year - it's the best decision of my life. It took a while to stretch out/break in the implant and regain my size and then a bit longer for my penis to not be sore from the gradual gains over time.

For me, about the one-year mark (maybe 10 months?) is when I felt truly 100% bionic - I felt I was as big as I figured I would ever be and comfortable carrying it in my skin and abusing that skin for as long as I wanted.

My two-year anniversary is next month and I thank jebus every day for my decision.

I hope you have a magical first voyage with your wife... my gut says maybe temper expectations until you break the implant in and that's going to take some months - no matter what you were implanted with.

Good luck my friend and long live the brotherhood!

Hey Bill,

Congratulations on your progress. You have paid the price financially, physically, and mentally to be where you are right now. For all of us this is such a journey into the unknown when we undertake it. It's truly a journey.....into a brighter future.

My experience:

Implanted January 4th. Partially inflated for 6 of the longest weeks of my life.

At 6 weeks began cycling. It sucked. I would pump to max and rap my knuckles on the table with soreness and discomfort those last 5 minutes. I could not image being comfortable with it at full inflation.

At 10 weeks i went to Thailand to visit my girlfriend and engage in sex for the first time post-implant. It still hurt to pump to 100%. I still had numbness also in my scrotum at the incision site and on the lower 1/3, bottom-part of my shaft.

We had sex daily, typically twice daily, morning and night. I'll be honest with you. It was an adjustment. The act of pumping for sex. The residual soreness. At times we would fuck for a full hour and i could not cum.....feeling the soreness intensify, and eventually having to tap out. But still, I WAS having sex on-demand, and my girl was loving every moment. We were together for 3 weeks and I was able to cum about 50% of the time. Considering my previous 100% failure rate, i was elated. My girlfriend was awesome. I told her everything and she demonstrated great delight in actually pumping it up herself. Her hand-strength got it to about 50%, and then i'd pump up as much as i could. I did try 100% a few times and mostly those were the times i could not cum since it hurt too much....but man, i tried! I learned that about 80% as plenty for penetration and much more comfortable.

Still, the numbness and soreness, along with the mental aspects of "how" i now had sex all factored into my experience.

Fast forward. 4 months and 1 week post op.

I can now pump up to 100% and leave it there for a solid 30 minutes. The numbness has faded and so the sensitivity has improved. My length has improved from the 6 week point of initial cycling. I can cum consistently (I'm on testosterone replacement therapy. My levels have to be good for sufficient arousal).

I will return to my girl in Thailand in July. I told her on my past trip that i think that when i returned and had healed for a few more months that things would be different. Of that, I am sure!

Bottom line. Enjoy launch day and understand that whatever you experience, it WILL get better over time!

Oh, I could swear I replied to this and wondered what I did wrong to get removed. But nope, looks like a forum thing where you posted this twice on accident and you or moderator or whatever removed the other one. Here's the other post if anyone is curious: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=22063&p=205876#p205876

My apologies for double posting. The forum gave me an error with a messgae about the title of the post. I was not sure what I did wrong. But I want to thank everyone for their comments. Based on what comments I got it looks like the first couple of weeks after activation will be uncomfortable. Based on this I will ask for some pain meds to bridge the transition for a few weeks.
Thanks to everyone.

Take it easy the first couple of times is all you'll need to do. If you get sore, slow down or quit.
I found a good dose of lube helped, even though the wife was more than ready.
Not long and you'll find out!

Just don’t set your expectations too high. It will be good,it will be uncomfortable… but your dick will definitely be hard. You will be sore afterward. But it will be worth it. I started pumping by 13 days and had sex 3 weeks in. It was amazing but very uncomfortable. I came hard first time just because it had been way too long. After that I also went thru a period of difficulty in climaxing due to some numbness, loss of sensation. This improved slowly over several months and by 6 months you’ll think it’s normal and then by 8-10 months you’ll realize it really wasn’t but you’ll be even more comfortable! Best decision I made in many years!
