Joint replacement surgery upcoming, any concerns I should be aware of?

Now that I'm 3.5 months out from my implant surgery, and things seem to be normal for the most part. (Pump is still turned sideways)

I'm scheduled for ankle replacement on May 30. (Skydiving accident 30 years ago, and it's wearing out)

I mentioned the implant to the orthopedist office, and they're supposed to contact my urologist to make sure there won't be an issue.
Has anyone else had a major joint replacement like this so soon after having their implant?
Anything I should ask either surgeon?

I'm a little nervous I must admit.

Bigdave, I didn't even tell my orthopedic folks I had a Bionic Dick. I'm at 17 months out from implant surgery and I had a total knee replacement 13 February 2023. I'm doing fine everything went well, I'm back to road bike cycling after 90 days of rehab.
I just told them about my other surgeries, mainly they want to know if you had any problems with any surgery. heart condition, diabetes, Infection, anesthesia, allergies to meds and so on. They do a pre-op appointment to check for all this.
I'll tell you this, my knee surgeon has a directive that you can't have a teeth cleaning until after 90 days and then you have to take an antibiotic 1 hour before you have the cleaning of your teeth. Doc said that teeth cleaning releases a lot of bad bacteria in your blood stream and because the knee is still healing it could get infected.

My urologist for my implant didn't say anything about antibiotics for teeth cleaning.

Reach out if you have any other questions.
