Proud to put in an extra pump or two heading out the door, never worried about shrinkage coming out of the pool, favorably compared to the other men there (didn't used to be the case), obtained a nice even tan where it counts most, did my daily cycling the best way with my favorite nurse, and most importantly I didn't have to contend with any uncomfortable side effects of taking pills.

(I'll admit that I did find myself looking for signs that others had implants, nothing noticeable but I don't think I'm at all noticeable either)
