For Previous Injection Users

This question is for the guys who are now implanted but who used to use injections like trimix.

Is the sensation of inflating your penis anything similar to the feeling of the automatic physiological erection you would achieve with Trimix?

When I use trimix, it makes my penis fully erect within usually 5 minutes, and then with sexual activity the glans becomes engorged, and I find sex just as pleasurable as before. Is this somewhat similar to use of the implant in practice. You inflate it, and you're hard and then once engaged in sexual activity you get the same kind of sensation as before? If not, what is different?

The sensation is the same for me. Once I'm erect it feels as good as years ago. During sex my glans do engorge, as does my entire shaft.

personally I lost most of my engorgement from my implant. So I use some daily cialis plus Misoprostol to engorge it for sex. I need sensitivity of my glans to achieve orgasm, although my wife always does which is very different from pre-implant, and makes both of us happy!

Your description is spot on. Sure you can pump and not feel turned on. But when my wife is around I get all the engorgement I need.biggest difference is I can pump as many times a day as I wish. Was very limited to 2 times a week with shots and then there’s the inconvenience of using that needle!!

When i’m cycling, m generally not aroused. So no glans/shaft engorgement. When aroused i still feel the rush of blood flow in both glans/shaft. But i know what you mean about the trimix boner. That was great, but veinous leakage wouldn’t keep it hard for long.

Expect some adjustment to the new you. Compared to ED, it’s great.

How do you use the misoprostol?

First couple months after implant I got very little engorgement in shaft or glans, assuming it was from swelling and irritation. As the months clicked by it came back almost as good as pre ED. So I started daily 5mg cialis and it gets me to the best I’ve been in over 10 years. Took 8-10 months to feel totally comfortable and normal. Best decision I ever made
