Second Implant, 3 Surgeries in a Year

Postby bullockn91@gmail.com » Mon May 22, 2023 5:13 pm

Hello all,

After an infection, I had another implant done by Dr. Hakky. Apparently I was his second most scarred patient. Surgery took 2 hrs, but he did manage to place a Titan narrow base 18 CM, better than nothing for sure! I would ask if any of you can still fuck with a narrow base but afraid I have larger problems.

Surgery was performed through the pubic bone. All healed nicely. Was a little painful cycling, but I expected it would be until the scar tissue broke up.
7 weeks last week, but I was masturbating with a toy and my dick slipped and bent me back a little. I then noticed my left cylinder tip was poking into my glands while deflated, but when standing up, my glands engorge and I don’t feel it as much. I began having symptoms of burning while urinating and a split stream. I then woke up twice to clear discharge, probably pee, and it felt like razor blades. I took a bladder relaxant and things are somewhat better.

Please don’t visit VA Urology! The staff are very incompetent and excel at destroying men’s sex life.

I had no choice except to go to my first doc who botched my first implant while waiting for an appt with Hakky Wed. He said I irritated my urethra and the urethra could be pressing on my cylinder tip but that doesn’t make sense to me. Maybe the left tip moved too far and is pressing down on the urethra? The culture showed nothing, antibiotics haven’t worked. I’m thinking infection. No fever but urethra and skin over left tip arre extremely painful. I gently pulled the glands off the tips after masturbating and feel so stupid. I know if there is a second infection, I’m doomed. I was like Larry. My infection buried my entire penis, all but and even urinating was hard. My first doc did not place a malleable because infection was too bad because he waited too long and tore my urethra. Never had penetrative sex ED always, 31, deaf, blind, bipolar

Idk what to do

An implant surgery is a very difficult journey. I am very sorry for what happened to you. I would book a few consultants with other doctors and get to the bottom of it. Im very sorry for what your going through. Most doctors do put in a malleable but I heard of cases where they don't. I pray for your early recovery.

I just read your entire journey and Im very sorry you're going through this however, I've heard Dr Hakky have been able to pull off incredibly hard surgeries and has not failed one so far to my knowledge. I wish you the best my friend and that all the funds are raised quickly for you!
42 M. Mild peyronies like symptoms for well over a decade. Mostly related to PFS syndrome I believe. Seriously considering an Implant. Trying to mentally accept the situation, Pills barely work and trimix gel doesn't work, tried injections -hated it.

Hello all,

I woke up to itching this morning which is not a sign of implant infection to my knowledge but could be the urethra. Dr. Hakky is great, and I wish I lived closer to him to get early treatment. If infected again, honestly will give up. It’ll be hard to pee and any sex will be impossible but hey, that’s life I suppose. I was 4.5 after first implant, lost an half an inch and am down to 3.5, a micropenis basically. I think with gland engorgement I could get to 4. To me, just having a device for 7 weeks just to have it removed isn’t worth it. I’ll be down to 3, possibly smaller, and that’s not usable. I did VED therapy for months after the infection. If I could find a doc skilled enough at reconstruction, that could be an option but still worry about infection risk. I am still holding onto a little hope but not much.

Who was your first surgeon(high volume or not) and what was your size before your first implant? If you are 4 inches now I think that with constant cycling for 1 years you can def achieve 5 inches
Venous like since I was 20 years old. Pills don't work too well. Thinking of implant in the future

Hi, my first doc did 50 to 100, but after what I have endured, I wouldn’t recommend anyone who does less than 200.

My size before the implant was around 3.5 but a scrotoplasty and regular cylinders got me to about 4.5 according to the first doc. If docs don’t catch an infection early, and nothing is implanted, further atrophy can occur. I did use VED therapy for about 9 months and gained 2 CM. However, both Coloplast and AMS produce narrow based cylinders for extremely fibrotic corpora’s. This is what I was fitted with, so the erection is not as long or wide as regular cylinders, as the narrows are 15 Mm.

If my glands would stretch or engorge, I’d definitely be at 4.

Hakky has said device is not infected but my shaft itches. I believe the urethra can be easily irritated from squeezing the penis during deflation. Cycling can be extremely painful as the cylinders are breaking up scar tissue.
