How noticeable is your implant ?

Postby Franklin22 » Mon May 22, 2023 7:14 pm

I realize most of the FT community has wives so the significant others already know.
But what about the guys that are single or if you are married is the implant totally noticeable with the tubing ? It seems it’s pretty hard to hide the pump in the scrotum, but I’ve lately seen guys complaining saying it’s noticeable with the tubing .
I guess I’d want to know if I do this surgery is it a foregone conclusion that any woman I sleep with in the future would know?
I figured I could make up a story about my ball sack saying I needed an extra spacer in there, but noticeable tubing is a whole another story.
Thanks in advance.

Visible , it's not noticeable at all . Yes you can feel the pump pretty easily but as far as the tubes go , I can feel them if I go looking for them , but I know what they are ... not so sure a future date would realize your bionic until you cum and keep on going. I think that's what will reveal your secret and at that point I think she'll be all in

I will answer your question in my second section. But first, I suggest that any woman to whom it would make a difference is not worth climbing into bed with. Don't lie to a woman with whom you are contemplating a relationship. If she is worthy of your time, she will be sympathetic to any medical condition you have, ED, anemia, diabetes, chronic back pain, anything that is part of you will be part of your relationship. Women are incredibly supportive if they feel respected, trusted, desired and safe. Don't start a relationship with a lie. It eventually risks destruction of the first two elements.

If you are concerned about a casual hookup, that is another thing as is the concern that a woman might hurt your social reputation by revealing your implant. I have no good advice about that except to OWN IT! I liken it to men own their baldness vs men who try to conceal it. Confidence is a better cover for baldness and for ED.

Many men lucky enough to have the pump positioned behind their testicles can successfully conceal the fact they are implated. But I opine that it is rarely successful in the long term. I know of one woman who did not know her lover was implanted until the second time they had sex. But she decided not to tell him she had figured it out. Told me she would say nothing until he was ready to tell her.

There is a lot of discussion on FrankTalk about WHEN to tell a partner. Before having sex the first time or after.

Good luck figuring out how you want to handle the "reveal". Do you want to control the narrative or have it sprung on you?

While you contemplate the above questions, consider advertising your implanted status with a T-Shirt as in this thread

Not noticable for the most part except when its completely deflated becuase of the dog ears but if you give it few pumps the dog ears disappear and you look normal flacid just a little bigger than most. Btw you cant see dog ears at least not mine but you can feel them.

Thanks for the responses guys. I think I can handle the trade off having a firm erection ready to go on demand. The idea of not performing is much more embarrassing and humiliating than giving a girl a deep dicking if you ask me and her finding out you have a robocock.

Lost sheep- I appreciate the advice , I hope to get to a point of completely owning it as time goes on when I have it. I am a little bit worried about social circles and one night stands being found out.
I guess my response would be, yea, I had a problem and I fixed it. And if enough people found out I’d have to own it and just say yep “ who wants to go for a ride ? Your gf maybe your wife? Lol

it's only noticeable if you put your hand into it, no pipes visible, only I know where the pipes are, it's all well hidden

My biggest concern with this is that I love having my balls sucked, and the pump makes for an unwelcome third guest to that party.

I will add to my prior post that I owned my ED long before I used Viagra or the other oral medications. It was a way of reducing expectations in the woman I was going to be with. When we reached the point of deciding whether or not we would have sex, I would simply say that my dick does not work as well as I would like, but I will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied. I then would follow through on that promise. I never had a woman with whom I had reached the point of having that conversation back out on me.

Before my implant, I did have a few women leave me, though; I can only imagine that if I were implanted, they would not have left.
