Gentleman,
Moderators: I encourage you to leave this post under "Implants". I think it will have the most exposure here.
I had severe peyronies from 2013-2017, likely due to a car accident but it was never officially diagnosed as the cause. The first 2 years were hell. Contemplated suicide regularly, lost, demotivated to pursue career work. I was able to pull out of the rut in late 2015, and eventually I found FrankTalk and was able to get a great result.
Below are a few things I hope can help guys who are "younger", whatever that means for an age. I was afflicted with peyronies at 23, now 33. These are ultimately opinions and not the only way to move forward, so no hard feelings if disagree on anything here.
Health
I highly encourage everyone to prioritize their health above all other things. This is a foundation upon which everything else can grow. This includes diet, exercise, and meditation. Religion can take the place of religion. If you are an atheist or agnostic, please use mediation.
Mindset and Motivation
This is not exclusive of health, they intertwin in most regards.
Money
If playing the game of the normal human experience, of wanting to accomplish "things", then money is a critical piece to the puzzle. Its by no means the only the thing that matter, and usually only presents itself once you have developed yourself to some capacity. The implant game requires money, whether its hard cash or access to good insurance. That being said, if any man told me that he stopped caring about implants, success, money, ect, and he want to be a monk and medidate the rest of the life, then I would view him as someone who had just as much a legitimate path as the man who played the normal game. That being said, I do believe a man can find himself in a special type of hell if he desires those things which require money, but he does not do those things that bring him money. If you play the "success" and physical things game, then you need to grow your money game.
Please remember that the above is my opinion and what I personally did. I still have issues, I am no super human. But I do sincerely believe that investigating each of these topics further and applying them to your life will make the IPP journey, and life's journey, much more vibrant and peaceful.
I will also repeat that you are welcome to disagree with me on the these things. I believe open discussion encourages the best results.
I hope this helps those that need it.

Health
I highly encourage everyone to prioritize their health above all other things. This is a foundation upon which everything else can grow. This includes diet, exercise, and meditation. Religion can take the place of religion. If you are an atheist or agnostic, please use mediation.
- *Use cronometer (website) to track your micronutrient intake. Get as close to 100% on each as possible through food alone
- *This is very controversial, but I sincerely recommend a meat-based diet, including fish and a lot of red meat, as good starting place for most people. I highly recommend eating organ meats, including liver, bone marrow, ect regularly. Supplement with vegetables that are easy for you to digest. Only use supplements if you absolutely need to, be very judicious with your supplement usage
- *Eliminate smoking, drinking, processed foods, ect
- *Meditate 30 minutes per day. I find inner smile and other taoist medidates to be extremely beneficial
- *Discipline yourself to get at least 7 hours of sleep each night, ideally more
Mindset and Motivation
This is not exclusive of health, they intertwin in most regards.
- *Try meditating for 2 weeks, and then stop for a week. Try that a few times. I confident you will notice a huge difference during the times you consistently meditate compared to those which you dont
- *Keep a journal of the principles that matter most to you, and the type of man you want to be. Right them out everyday. The repetition will sink in, you will change. Some of my examples are: i remain calm in all situations, i fear nothing, everyday I accomplish the most that I can, i medidate daily (yes I actually write that), I prioritize my health first, I am a man
- *I find it much more meaningful and ultimately beneficial to a keep a journal of the qualities you want to become instead of keeping a list of hard steps you want to accomplish. While I am extremely motived to achieve certain physical "things", I think that the growth of qualitative characteristics is much more beneficial then strictly aiming for something tangible.
- *Stop listening to shit depressing music: IMO music has a similar affect to repetive journaling and affirmations. You start thinking in a way that mimicks your music. Is your music all about being sad, giving up, being a bitch? Think about it. There are some songs I truly liked in the past, but I decided to give them up because the music represented a person I did not absolutely want to be. Does your music represent who you want to be?
- *Forget about women. I repeat, forget about women. This requires some strong will power. We arent monks up in a mountain, and women wear much less clothing then they use to. Ignore it. I dont have some secret kung fu technique or some shit to do this, just do it. You will get through this better. They will come back once you have your implant. Women are a double edged sword - the greatest thing in the world for most men, and simultaneously the most agonizing. If you have peyronies or ED, they quickly become not good for you. I'm not saying women are bad, but unless you have a ride-and-die girl already on your side ready to go to the grave and walk through hell with you, then they are not good for you right now. Ignore them as sexual pursuits, focus on the other things, and bring them back into your life later
- *Porn: this is highly controversial. Ready for it? I task you with quitting porn now. Why? I think its kryptonite to mens' mental health. You are watching someone else fuck the girl you want. You are never doing the fucking. You watch other men get what you want. You compare yourself to them. You are exposed to an amount of stimulus that was likely never present in human evolutionary history. You blow your man juice out of your body on bullshit. You reward yourself with pleasure without the work, pursuit, hardship that you actually need to go through to acquire it. IF you are addicted its going to be hard AF to quit. It took me 2 years to quit in my early 20s. I promise you that you will feel an energy about you similar to when you stop eating shit food and start eating healthy.
- *Remind yourself of the following. You are one person of billions, countless people that have and will exist, and a near-infinite number of people that could have existed but never did. If you "fail" in life, do not worry, you will be freed in death. Seek success in any way that you define it, enjoy it when it is achieved, and just remember we are all just temporary balls of conciousness that come and go in a flash.
If you play the "success" and physical things game, then you need to grow your money game.
- *Minimizing bullshit costs: look at what you spend money one. Really examine this. Do you really need them? Do you really need them if you are a peyronie's or ED ridden bachelor with no social life (that was me for a long time). Ok so here are some ideas to cut costs: drop the expensive phone plan, stop getting your hair cut and shave it, workout at home and be a calisthetic beast, track your food spending and only buy the actual "real" food that you need, get a roommate if you dont have one (major cost saver), move back in your parents if you are young enough (and if this doesnt make you lazy, dont move it to be a leech).
- *Growing your income: Some of you young guys are already making bank. Great. If you arent, and you have no skills, go get a job being a server. Once you are a server, aim to be a bartender. I swear that the service industry will take care of you, and I was able to easily save for my first implant doing this. Please note that service industry hustle likely only works in the US, IIRC the EU and rest of the world are paid hourly
- *If you have a professionally marketable skill, then continue to develop that and grow your presence in that area. Are you a level 1 engineer? Become level 2. Are you a tradesman? Great, figure out how to make $5-10/hr.
- *Create a simple financial plan where you track expenses vs net income. Determine how much you can save per year after accounting for an emergency fund.
- *Lastly, in regards to an IPP, money allows you to pick the exact and best surgeon that you want.
Please remember that the above is my opinion and what I personally did. I still have issues, I am no super human. But I do sincerely believe that investigating each of these topics further and applying them to your life will make the IPP journey, and life's journey, much more vibrant and peaceful.
