Just started cycling - First impressions

Got the green light to cycling yesterday from Dr. Clavell. Just over 4 weeks post op .
1) ( Fully inflated ) I just acquired the biggest, thickest , and hardest erection of my life ! I was about 60% inflation after surgery and measured 6.75 L × 5 to 5.75 girth ( my penis tapers getting thicker at base ) . My 60% erection stuck out at 3 o'clock and was pretty straight. At full inflation I hit 7" L and 6" ( base) . My erection went up to about 2 o'clock AND had its natural arch which made me happy . I was eager ( in the name of science...lol ) to see what this thing would do . I wanted to know if I could get Glans engorgement and still have the sensitivity. As I manipulated the head I didn't notice any engorgement. The head actually turned white ! Totally devoid of blood which is freaky . The sensitivity was there however.... ( cont. )

2) (Flaccid ) like many men on here has said before, the Flaccid state is barely shorter than the inflated state ( I measured 6.5 ). You have a perma-chubb . It feels weird in the sense that when you squeeze it ... it feels different. I think I feel the remaining saline sloshing around. It does get softer but it sticks out . I was trying to figure out if I wanted to tuck it or stand it up. I tried both and am still undecided how I want to walk around. I'm not embarrassed about it . I have " big dick " problems for the 1st time in my life . There's definitely gonna be a bulge . When I deflated and squeeze the shaft , I felt a slight pain I'm the reservoir. I would compare it to a cramp . Otherwise it was actually nice to be Flaccid after a month long erection .... ( cont.)

3) ( scrotal webbing ) I'm VERY PLEASED I had this procedure done . In my advancing years , I noticed my sack ( especially the right side )was loose and long . I had one ball down to my knee and the other tucked up where it's supposed to be . Now the " band " is back together! Also my scrotum went halfway up my shaft ! It was ugly . I looked like a flying squirrel. I've heard others call it Turkey necks It was embarrassing. That cosmetic part was important to me and I'm glad it's fixed ....( cont. )

4 ) ( misc. Observations) I spoke of the white , bloodless head ( disturbing ) but another problem I encountered is pee would just shoot out spontaneously as I was doing my science experiment. I came was teetering on the edge of orgasm but couldn't get over the top . When I would stop ( head would get numb ) I'd shoot piss ropes ! I tried to empty my bladder before I did anything. Don't know what to think of that. I hope it self corrects as the healing continues. I have my post - op appointment with Dr.Clavell in a week. I'm writing down questions to ask him ...( cont )

5) ( overall ) I'm super excited I'm finally Implanted. I look forward to romance with the wife again. I'm very happy with the cosmetic look and feel of my bionic erection. No regrets! I'd do it again in a heartbeat ! Any problems that may arise with this Implant will pale in comparison to the HELL ED had put me through for the last 20 years. Any advice or sharing your own story is much appreciated

You're right Journeyman, when I tried to do those exercises the same thing happened to me when I started cycling, it hurt like heck and I could barely move it or bend it.

I don't know where I read it at on FrankTalk but another guy had a variation of Perito's exercise. He said to pump it up to around 60% and bend it in all directions. I would do those exercises in a warm bath to help with the pain. Then after 5 minutes of stretching he said to pump full to the max and keep it there as long as you could tolerate the pain.

When I first started cycling, I could make it to around 45 minutes before I couldn't stand the pain in the tips of my glans and the shaft. I would do this 2 or 3 times a week while my wife would be out doing her daily walks. This was on top of my docs cycling instructions to pump to the max while in the shower for 10 to 20 minutes a day, twice a day.

Here is the main thing that my urologist doc talk about was important for cycling.

Surgical Capsule Definition -
Capsule formation is a potential postoperative risk of an inflatable penile implant surgery. If no cycling (successive cycles of the penile implant inflation and deflation) occurs soon after surgery, penis size may be reduced due to the growth of a pseudo-capsule around the inflatable cylinders.

Good luck with the cycling
Glad you are happy with the outcome
