-How bad was your erectile dysfunction when you get implanted? And:
-what age?
-have you satisfied whit your implant?
-Would you do it again?
I'm 38y and suffer bad venous leakage, injections work almost every time, but when erection goes the penis is total empty like a bicycle inner rubber tire. Considering getting the implant soon...

I could still get a full length erection but it faded quickly, and never felt super hard or all that engorged. I got my implant at age 31, would 101% do it again. Very very happy with it. Tried injections but they never gave me very good erections, and of course hated the pain and preparation needed before sex.

Had total ED for about 6 months after a benign enlarged prostrate procedure! It was crap and that was only for 6 months. Before the procedure it was hit and miss with Viagra and Cialis and then it would still get soft quickly after coming.

I was 63

Completely satisfied with the implant! I don’t have to worry about when to take the pills, I don’t worry about getting soft. Never did the injections, but glad I didn’t

100 percent would do it again, if this one goes bad, but crossing my fingers that it will last a good while.

The shots never worked for me at all recently tried and stopped. Doing Rigicon malleable implant end of June .. doing malleable instead of inflatable due to health issues. I'm 69 wished I would have done it 20 years ago when it all started .. not sure the pain of surgery is going to be worth it but I will know soon ..

Pretty bad. Pills and injections had quit being reliable, maybe a once a month nighttime erection that died as soon as I realized it was up. I hurt for almost 5 months healing, but I would 100% do it again. I was mid-50's when ED started, 68 when implanted. I am very satisfied with the outcome.
Regardless of your age, not having a working penis can be one of the most depressing things to happen to a man. Modern science is there to change that.

Thanks to all replies so far. It's encouraging to hear positive feedback from implanted guys.

I was still able to get an erection; however, I had difficulty maintaining it and it definitely wasn't hard enough for penetration. I just had my implant on May 2 and even with partial inflation, my dick is much more solid. I feel like a teenager again. Can't wait to get activated next week.

37. I was relying on viagra, couldn't get hard without it and I started abusing it and taking more than I needed to make sure. I skipped injection because I'd do the same and take too much. One doctor described my usage as not "sustainable." The implant has been even better than expected and makes my life way easier. Based on your description it seems you might need one too, so my advice is go to your urologist or find one taking new patients and talk a doctor about your questions.

Had not had an erection at all for almost 11 years, following a very, very minor accident (stepped off a ladder a rung too early and hurt my groin, doctors said it couldn't have caused it but I never had any trouble getting an erection before that and I never got one again afterwards so I can't help feeling that it did) at age 46.
I'm still in the early stages so I don't know if it will be a success, but I certainly won't be any worse than I was.
Initially post-op the pain was severe, more than I was expecting, but if this is a success then I will be very happy and it will certainly have been worth it.
