Hello all, I have an implant for 10 years now..
I come on and off this site to see if there’s anything new happening in the world of implants and to help some guys out like I was helped out!!!

I up to a few weeks ago have never done Ved with the implant and absolutely would never in a million years have thought to do peritos exercise, also stupidly I never pumped to absolute max,

So fast forward a couple of months ved 10 mins a day during the week and 2 10mins sat and Sunday… and I’m back to my normal pre implant length plus a little bit!!

In the last week or 2 this has helped I think significantly
Mon- Friday, I pump to max then I do the perito exercise till I can get no more micro pumps.. then ved for 30 minutes, I go to slight discomfort for a minute or so, quickly deflate the ved then pump up to slight discomfort… after this I go into the shower and put hot water on my cock and then do the perito exercise again and see if I can get anymore pumps…

Note: I do not do anything that causes stinging pain, that for me is far too far!! It’s a marathon not a sprint

I am going to keep this routine and then going to get a penimaster extender, I obviously don’t want 2 inch length increase as I will have floppy glans.. I would at this stage be happy with half inch increase in length and girth

Very impressive lifespan of implant compared to what we mostly see here. What has your doctor told you about the number of revisions you can have? I am kinda worried because I plan on getting the implant when i turn 30 and I'll probably need multiple revisions and the possibility of infection during revision scares me also

I’m doing this because I believe you can get slight increase in size and I see a lot of people doing well with ved!!
It is a personal experiment for a couple of reasons.. I have no problem to keep doing ved everyday and I will see in a month or 2 when I get the penimaster if I can go to work wearing it.. we all want a bigger one and if I can get it with some work and consistent training like I do in the gym I will be happy.. also my revision will then have to be bigger(but this is not my major concern)
I can’t give measurement updates as it would be far too small of size increases..
Also I want to give hope to people that are not happy with there size

To the guy asking me about revisions
10 years is not very long, it’s very long for people on this site!
And my thoughts at the time about revisions was this “my dick completely does not work for sex and it hasn’t for around 6 years so get the best implanter and hope for the best

This really is excellent to hear. Confirms what these doctors found that VED use for a patient 6 years post-implant can regain all size and possibly more: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=20117&p=185488#p185488

I think a lot of men have been avoiding implants for fear of losing size, so I hope the word is spreading that it's no longer a concern. And for those you did lose size, all of your dick is still there. It might need a little exercising, but it hasn't left your body.

I originally had a 24 titan. Hakky recommended that I do VED daily for 10 minutes leading up to a revision. He was able to easily give me a 26 for the revision. He could tell immediately when he saw me preop after I had been doing VED for months.

This doesnt necessarily prove VED will give you a bigger implant. I may have gotten it anyways as many guys get a bigger model on their revision, basically years of having the implant keep tissue expanded.

From my point of view, consistent moderate VED use made my implant modestly larger when fully inflated, and it made it easier to get to full inflation (even if I didnt use VED that day). After about 3-4 days the "gains" would dissipate. If you are going to cycle for 30+ minutes a day anyways, doing VED for 10 minutes while you are pumped is easy to fit in.

I recommend not going above 5ug on the VED gauge.

He just gave my glans a tug and saw how much room he had to work with. I wasnt undersized before, but he knew there was room for more.

I have not measured in several years. After reading this article I got into my hot tub and put in about 60 pumps. Total hard and a little uncomfortable. I find my girth has grown from 4.5 to 5 inches with a solid 6 inch length. Just over 5 years old now. Going to change my signature.
