As I understand it per coloplasts website the max diameter of both cylinders combined is 42mm so Just wondering if anyone has reached a 6 inch midshaft girth with your titan? If so, can you please provide your pre-op and post-op girth measurement and reason for the implant?

I had 5.67-5.8 mid shaft girth and 6.0-6.3 near-base girth when I had a 24cm titan. Fluctuation depending on how close 100% pumped I was. Regular VED use put me at the upper bounds.

Thanks Cnidium I have been using VED for a week now excited to see where it gets me. I believe you are considering urofill as well? Can I ask how much girth you are thinking you will add?

Just .5in, which im guessing will be 10-12cc's of filler. Purpose to round out implant, add to top/bottom only, not sides

Please keep us posted if you follow through. I’m thinking i might like to improve the appearance of my now oval full-max Titan. Curious if it’s worth it.

I’ve gotten mine to 6’ at the base and 5.6 mine shaft fully pumped and a little more if I’m aroused and engorged. Lots of Dr Perito exercises daily

Also on the same boat, my pre op girth was 6.5 currently at 5.25, awaiting my VED to see if i can get an improvement on girth.

I just got the green light to start cycling Thursday so I've been taking measurements to see if they increase over time. At max pump I measure 5 " behind glans, 5.5 " midshaft, 6 " base . I'm pretty happy with these results even if they never change. On a side note I was helping the wife straighten up the house today ( try to build up some pussy points ) and as I was changing out the empty paper towel roll, I looked at it and thought , " that's pretty girthy, I wonder what that measures "? So in the name of science , I took the paper towel roll to my room and measured it ..... 5.5 " in circumference . That's pretty big ! Be proud of 5.5 " if thats what you're packing. Anything more is a bonus

Yes, 5.5 is plenty but when you go down from a natural 6 to 5.5 IPP G you probably wont be as happy as if you went from natural 5 to 5.5 IPP G. I just want the filler to tighten up some of the skin that is slightly looser.
