Does anyone else point downward?

Hey guys!
So I'm about 3 weeks out for my surgery. I have a couple things going on that maybe you guys can address if anybody seeing this.
I've seen a lot of guys talk about the position of their penis after the surgery and how they kept it upwards against their body. My penis does not bend that way. It's kind of stuck downward and therefore I've never been able to put it up against my body.
Now, to be fair, I've never been able to stick it up against my body anyway. But right now it's just pointing kind of down
Does anyone else had this? I'm starting to get worried that even when my penis gets fully hard that it won't stick straight forward. And it'll always stick downwards which would make sex incredibly uncomfortable and maybe even impossible. (it feels like the implant is really deep into my body so there is no give)
My other issue is that it certainly seems as if my penis has shrunk quite a bit since the surgery. I mean sense immediately after the surgery. It looked like a decent size and now it's shrinking lower and lower.
I guess the question is, when the doctor says it's 60% inflated, does that mean 60% of the size? It'll be? Because I guess that means it'll grow. Otherwise, my penis is shrunk significantly.
Thanks so much for all your information and guidance. It's been amazing since I didn't get a lot of information from the actual doctor. I appreciate you guys. I hope everyone's doing well

I wish I had some answers for you but I don't other than you did the right thing by going to a high volume , world class Surgeon like Dr . Clavell. Have you emailed him about your concerns? He's pretty quick at responding to patients questions.

Yep. That’s a question for Dr. C.
But, my 2 cents.
1. I’m 5 months postop. I still cycle twice daily and have definitely gained length back since i commenced cycling (at 6 weeks). Most of my gains seem to be in the last month or so as i’ve conditioned myself to comfortably tolerate 100% pump for longer periods. Cycling is physical therapy. It’ll stretch with time. Not the most pleasant part of my day.
I can pump it really hard now, like a spike, but i can do the Perito exercises with each cycle. Over time i’ve really been able to “swivel” it at the base much better. Like it’s getting broken in.
That swivel allows for my dick to bend at the proper angle for most everything. Missionary. Doggie. Reverse cowgirl…both with my lady leaning forward and arched backwards toward my chest.
My dick stays plenty hard in each position, even with the bendiness at the base with good sensation. 90% is plenty hard and that level the swivel is even better.

I had my surgery 4 weeks ago. Same my body is built diffrent it can never be pointed up. At work I hang it left side. When I’m home I’m without pants. After I stand up the penis looks more swollen and feels like jelly. But lying down I can feel the tubes. I have lost significant length as well post op. I visited Clavell yesterday he didn’t mention anything about the swelling standing up. Im applying head pads so I can reach the deflate button. I also have a band like thing in my penis shaft which hurts like a lot not sure if it’s a nerve or it feels like a thick band. As far as inflation he told me we are about 60%-80% inflated. This journey is still so rough. I guess everyone’s body is made diffrent. I had HF/LF so mine he told me people with muscle contractions suffer more prescribed me some cyclobenzar P. Helped me a lot. He told me 4-6 week are the most crucial and anything can happen. I was one of his youngest patients and I was on extra 7 days of more antibiotics then the rest of the folks. If you need more info DM. Plus you should really shoot him any concerns he replies in little time.

No, this means it's inflated to an estimated 60% of volume, which mainly translates to rigidity and not length or girth. You do not have 40% more to go on either.

That would be nice though. I’m pretty much back to original length now. A 40% increase in length would’ve been a miracle.

Hey there. Two things you said struck me as information I didn't know
1 We are supposed to use heat pads?
And
2. 4-6 weeks are the most crucial? For infection? Or something else?

Well that sucks. Means I shrunk a lot.
Oh well. Gotta stay positive and hope I can get it back. .

Hey Thailand
Good to know you got some of the mobility and agility back. I'm a bit concerned about my angle. I'm not sure what I can possibly do with it like this.
I keep hoping I'm one of those guys who gets the perfectly ok and usable penis, and I've been maintaining my positivity along the way, but I'm starting to think I am in the small % that got a long way to go. Lots of size loss and this odd angle. Lots of work ahead of me.

At almost 4 week’s post op my erection angle seems the same, always high for me, like 130-2 flaccid points at 330, i cant get the downward angle like i used to. Supposedly once the implant softens it might be a more normal angle.
