Post-orgasm feeling is the same. Horniness, need to continue goes away, just as it did before implant. Yes, a sex marathon is quite possible, but you may not have the desire for it or the energy for it.

How much pleasure you get post-orgasm depends on many factors, and the implant has almost NO BEARING on any of that. It is a mechanical device and has no influence on your mental, emotional or physical state, ONLY on your penis' rigidity (of the shaft - the other tissues are not affected by the implant).

You are still the same man you were before the implant with the same cares, strengths and weaknesses you had before. The only difference is the rigidity of your penis. Of course, that durable rigidity will have an effect on your mental state.

Probably the change in your mental state will be most evident in your confidence level and your ability to concentrate on your love-making/fucking techniques and on your partner's reactions/feelings. You will not have to be concerned about cumming too soon or losing your erection. That perforce will take a load off your mind and lead to a massive reorganization of your priorities during sex. Take advantage of that freedom.

I will render an opinion for you since you asked about "marathon" sex. If your wife is into quantity (length of lovemaking session), OK. Pay attention to the clock if that pleases her. Additional thought outside the scope of the original question

Before implant, when ED was in control of my sexual activies, on those occasions when I had an erection in the company of a woman willing to participate, there was a sense of urgency that was virtually undeniable. There was a "use it or lose it" urgency of "quick, before it melts". This was not conducive to enjoying the pleasures of foreplay (for her or for me). This was not a prelude to the relaxations that sex usually leads to. This was not a happy attitude, nor anything like the joy of sex that the book of that title ("Joy of Sex") promised. Rather, that erection was less a harbinger of joy than a portent of stress.

After implant, that sense of (or sometimes of desperation) is gone. It is replaced by two things, one good and one not-so. Good, a sense of confidence that I can perform with full expectation that penetration will be achieved and prolonged to a natural conclusion. The other; that sense of urgency has strangely resulted in a more casual attitude towards sex. Sometimes I don't really care if we have sex right away - sometimes dinner, a video or even just sleep will take precedence over sex. Becauuse erections are now easy, they are cheap. Before implant they were rare and therefore valuable and not to be wasted. Now, being common, I can ignore that ability. It would be like if a person could have one orange per year, only on May Day. It would be anticipated, valued and never wasted. If a person had bushels of oranges all the time, letting one go bad occasionally would be no big deal at all.

LS, you are a genuine asset to this forum. You encouraged me in the earliest days of my journey, pre-implant, when i was filled with trepidation. I found my courage in your words to me at that time as you encouraged me to do my research, make my decision, and put myself into the hands of a skilled surgeon and put aside my fears and dive in.

I'm sure everyone is different, some guys can last longer after coming and so can their female partner. For me at 65 I can cum and then I can continue to pleasure my wife and get her to climax, while I'm still rock hard, but for both of us, that's about it until the refractory period times out for our bodies which is about 8 to 24 hours.
I recently tried to get my wife to climax two times in one session but her clit gets very sensitive after her first climax and it's uncomfortable for her to continue.

So to answer your question - Yes you can have a marathon sex session but it depends on how your body reacts after the first climax.

I'm not sure how it would have been for me in my twenties, I've only been married to one person and only sex with her. Back in my twenties, I could mastrubate/ get my nut off several times a day, but there was still a time period in between times.
