Uneven tips

When I get a finger and press down on my glans (while flaccid), I can feel the left tip of the cylinder is slightly lower than the right. Maybe by about half a cm.

Could anyone tell me what affect this would have on my erection? Currently my erevtion is (twisted to the left and I have pain mostly on the left side of the shaft while cycling.

Thanks,
J

Well, I'm exactly the same . Left tube shorter than the right, also can feel tip of left tube at bottom of glands

Thanks for your reply. When inflated, my tips are even, when deflated , right tip is higher.

Have the uneven tips caused many issues for you?

Thanks,
J

Mine is the same, 2 plus years in and left tip is slightly shorter then right. The left tube also is the side that has the annoying dog ear fold near the base of penis.
I would say none of this is very impactful, great hard-ons you will be great.

To all of us, I wish you good health.
As for me, I am 9 months into my first replacement. After 9 years my first implant failed to inflate. I had the AMS and replaced it with a Titan hoping for better strength and girth. I had a very good recovery compared with the first surgery. At 7 weeks we began to use it and had good success. However, there was noticeable loss of length. Recently, I started to have some pain at the tip and rectum. My wife also noticed a loss of sensation and firmness. I also noticed my right cylinder protruding past the left which was not visible for the first 8 months after the replacement. Back to my doctor for an exam. He said it looked good and cylinders are inflated and hard. So he scheduled a CT scan to see more details of the back end. He and his colleague are sure that the right cylinder is not in the correct position and I’m now scheduled for another full replacement. My doctor feels the AMS is a lower risk for infection. I just want to please my wife. Please comment.

As for anyone with pain or change in cylinder position, I recommend asking your doctor for a CT scan.

Godspeed on your journey.

by not in the correct position do you mean protruding through the corpora at the deepest end (near the rectum)? did they confirm that on the x-rays?

Either protruding or next to it (not in pocket). Yes, at the deepest end as seen on the CT scan. I’ll start a new post for my developing situation as not to distract from the original post of uneven tips. I’ll call it cylinder out of corpora. Thanks
