Pee when pumped?

Saw this and was surprised.

"...I squeeze in more pumps. Then I repeat this process a couple times until I'm convinced there's no more saline going into those cylinders. I keep it rock hard until I either have to pee or can't stand it anymore. Then I deflate."

Can most guys NOT pee when pumped?
Or when naturally hard (good 'ol days)

No I cannot really. Best is a little spray but I cannot empty my bladder until I deflate a significant amount. This is the reason doctor only partially inflate after surgery.

That's my quote . I can pee but it's difficult to empty the bladder . Also, I might have been pumped up for 2 hours by the time my bladder urges me to deflate.

I can pee, even when inflated to the max. The stream is a little weaker and it takes a bit longer, but I have always been able to pee with a boner and the implant didn't change it much.

Same here. I just have to jean forward more so as not to overshoot the target.

I'm early in the cycling process. I can pee relatively easily. Stream is not a spray. Hitting the bowl can be done by pulling my hips back & bending my erection by as much as it'll go. Outdoors or at a public wall urinal is no problem.
Before ED, peeing with an erection wasn't very easy & usually meant the loss of the erection. Talk about a mood killer.

Since it was my quote that started this thread I'd also like to add , I had trouble emptying my bladder BEFORE the implant. It's been a struggle for years . My prostate is enlarged but not cancerous ( I was worried about prostate cancer but the tests said I wasn't ) . I've was taking Flomax ( generic form ) before surgery. In my original post I was talking about a time frame until I would deflate . I either had to pee ( which is usually every 2 hours or more with my fucked up bladder OR I wanted relief from the constant pressure in the glans ) . That being said , I can still pee inflated . It's just a weak stream that doesn't empty the bladder.

I pee when fully pumped all the time. At home I leave it pumped for hours/all day probably. Surprised other people can't.

I can pee, but can't aim down enough to hit toilet unless using a lot of pressure to hold it down which pinches off urethra when fully erect. So standing yes long as i don't bend it down, sitting yes, but not with it touching the bowl.

Peeing while sitting down and pumped means your asking for a disaster. If your penis is not pointed down it will pee between the seat and the bowl every time. Don't ask me how I know. Those late night visits to the john in the dark can lead to a warm wet feeling on your feet.
