Which surgeon will cut/excise scar tissue?

I'm at about 2 years with my implant now and recently have developed a small band of scar tissue around the middle of my right cylinder that is causing the right side to go completely flat and even invert like a ( when deflated. It's like a tight rubber band wrapped partially around the middle of the right side, ok when inflated but deforms the cylinder too much when deflated. It is uncomfortable and I'm afraid it's putting too much pressure inside my corpora/tunica and will cause thinning/atrophy.

Question: which implant surgeon is also willing to excise/cut Peyronie's scarring? I'm imagining this as a minor surgery where he would go in from the side of my shaft and make a slice or two on the scar band to relieve the tension.

My original surgeon was Dr Eid but I get the feeling that he is on the conservative side and doesn't want to mess with any revision type work unless the device fails.

That seems like a bargain for a cash price with a top tier specialist.
I just paid $196 towards my annual deductable for a visit with my primary dr. I think he's worth it. Three things of mine, if left untreated would of not of let me live long enough to get an implant & enjoy it.

That is what I paid when they gave me an emergency appointment at last minute and could not run my insurance. I later took refund once my insurance paid them.

Dr. Clavell did 3 procedures during my surgery.
1) implant ( for ED)
2) plaque incisions ( to straighten out the curvature of my penis due to Peyronie's disease )
3) Scrotal webbing removal ( my sac was out of control ! It got real loose and saggy . My right nut hung way lower than the left ..AND my scrotum went halfway up my shaft. Ugly ! Looked like a flying squirrel. He fixed ALL of that ! I'm back to normal )
In conclusion....Dr. Clavell is the Picasso of Penis Procedures . That man not only fixed me physically but also mentally! I'm a new man thanks to him
