Tip hardness AMS vs Titan

Due to bulging of the cylinders, it appears I will be replacing my current AMS-700 LGE. My wife has never liked the hardness of the tips which she feels through the Glans during certain activities. My question is whether the Titan is just as hard at the tips, or if they are somehow softer.

This is probably a question for those who have replaced one with the other, or a question for a surgeon.

You could also look into getting "glans enhancement" which is injectable filler into your glans to help the glans be more full which may cushion the tips. Dr Eid offers this for his patients who complain of poor glans engorgement after implant.
