Recently implanted. Worried: do the cylinders go too deep into the glans?

I was mplanted a couple of days ago by Dr Hakky. I wanted to make a detailed report when everything has healed well and I am back home. But I am at a point right now where I am losing my nerve.
I think the tips of the cylinders are reaching too far into my glans. The right cylinder is even a little further in than the left and is stinging/poaching my glans. It feels like the right cylinder is 3/4 in the glans.
I am really worried that a mistake has been made. And the sex could be painful or I could even hurt myself that way.
To all Bionic Brothers.
1) Did you also have two visible red/blue dots from the cylinders in your glans shortly after surgery? (Is this already a bad sign)
2) How much do you feel the cylinders in your glans when you are not erect? How far do they reach?
3) Any chance that my situation will improve itself over time?
I am really freaking out right now. Pls help.

1) yes, normal - thats where the needles come out - they need to do this to pull the cylinders in
2) Had the same concern - it's because he sized you agressively. I'm only 5 weeks out and it's better already. With natural engorgement, it's much better now.
3) As your tissue stretches, it should get better in my opinion.
The stinging and poking is absolutely normal so short after surgery.
Give it time, i was concerned too, and after only 5 weeks, i'm much better

Looks normal to me at this stage. I was oversized by my surgeon and I am observing my tips. My left tip is further out than right. When aroused and glans are engorged the tips hide nicely behind, but when not engorged I can feel the left tip easily. I can understand your worry. For now just relax and let the healing happen.

I can feel both tips easily in my glans. If feels like a constant pressure is being applied from the cylinders to the glans, it hurts quite a bit and I can't really imagine how this will settle.
And I don't really see why being oversized has to go hand in hand with a cylinder being further up in your glans. Don't think this is the goal.

I'm a few months out also Dr Hakky, also think I was oversized. I can even tell in his measurements that he measured 24 exactly and ended up still putting in a 1cm rte. I worry about erosion. My tips are very palpable and make my glands kinda flat on top, feels like less than a mm down. If I'm engorged it's fine. I'm hoping regular cycling will eventually stretch things enough that they aren't quite so noticable, and doesn't cause erosion. I have no pain though.

I had discussed this with my surgeon about 2 months out from surgery. He has told me that as long as it is not paining, I should be fine. Also, I have another video appointment with him today and I will specifically ask and show him my tip being further up in glans. Will share his feedback with you.

Thanks a lot Atul21, very much appreciated.
Regarding being oversized and how far the tips of the cylinder will go into the glans. I think Merrix had a fair point (or Eid)
Yeah, I'd say oversized has not much to do with how far into the glans your implant goes.
Undersized does - if it barely goes into your glans, obviously you're most likely undersized. Rightly sized means it goes as far into the glans as there is space for. Actually it can't go deeper than that. If there is no space, there is no space.
So an oversized implant will go just as far into the glans as a perfectly sized one.
However, what will happen when oversized implant is that when it is inflated and reaching its full length, it will press onto your tissue in the tip of your glans. And/or at the rear end of the implant, in the crus. That will most likely hurt and could in worst case lead to tissue being destroyed and need for revision.
I think Eid's comment describes it well: A perfectly sized implant (Titan) will have some crinkles in deflated state, but will straighten out and be smooth when fully inflated.
If there are still crinkles, folds, etc when fully inflated, it probably means it continuously presses against the tip of your penis, risking pain or erosion.

fwiw, It was Dr. Eid who told me that my tips are further up than they should be. He was my original doc but could not operate me as he felt ill. After I went to see him post my surgery he told me that I should have perhaps gotten a 1 cm less implant on left cylinder. I later spoke to my doctor who actually has trained under Dr. Eid and he told me I will be fine. So my advise would be to relax for now, and then keep an eye out on how it looks after a few months. That is what I am doing.

The dots are called snake eyes. The forum talks about them often. There isn't a way to "push" the cylinders in, they're pulled in. The dots proves that it was done correctly.
Nothing on humans bodies is totally symmetrical side to side on our bodies. You're just found out that the tissue wall at the distal end of your corpa isn't symmetrical. In other words, you're perfectly normal.
Please stop the anxiety worrying. It'll make you almost crazy with worry. Spend some time using the search function. It might keep your mind from dwelling on the normal things.

Dr. Hakky did mine about a year ago. Same thing, tips close to the tip of the glands. Everything will be fine once you heal up.
