I would say yes, I see a lot of guys on here that have had successful journey's and stay on to help the guys that are struggling with the unknown, how to deal with it and what to do.
I like to help, with the topics that I've had problems with during my early journey and I like to encourage those that need help.
I'm 18 months out from my surgery, but I want to stick around and help others going through their journey, I hope to continue to help whoever I can through their ED journey.
Yes, I'm sure that some guys don't stay on Frank Talk all the time, but I know they login from time to time and see someone they can help.
Keep up the great encouragement guys and the great success stories

I agree . I'm new to Franktalk. I think it's an invaluable resource of information for all men , pre and post op . I stumbled upon this site the day AFTER my surgery when I was looking for more info on the coloplast titan 22cm ( what Dr. Clavell implanted me with ) . I don't know if it was residual effects from the anesthesia, but I was a little bummed out . I was hoping for 24cm or better . Well when I came across this site ( and it's search bar ) , you couldn't peel me away from my phone ( I was just sitting in the hotel room anyway, all black and blue , swollen and sore ) . I've been hooked since . Everyday I learn something new and I like to share my experiences.

Re: Do successful implant men stay on Frank Talk?
Absolutely.
I really have no complaints about my implant and it was one of the best decisions I had to make.
However, I am on FT every day, and find it normal to give an opinion or advice from time to time to whom it can help.

sworks I believe that a lot of bullshit is said about the history of implants to convince the desperate and encourage implants, in the meantime we begin to say that 90% of the engorgement of the glans is lost, I had excellent engorgement, instead the implantologists tell the candidates to the implant if it swelled first it will swell later FALSE, then they say you won't need pde5 instead if you want a minimum of traffic jam you have to keep taking them, so FALSE, then they say you won't lose length or girth, FALSE, damn it it becomes oval and everyone here including me would like to make urofill, then they say that if you reached orgasm before, you will reach it later, FALSE, there are those who no longer reach it and those who reach it 50% of the time or a little more, are happy of the implant only those who had less than zero before the implant, these problems have the vast majority here, only that some who had zero before the implant are satisfied with this implant because it is better than zero, but a lot of gossip from implantologists in order to carry out an implant, these are truths that are ignored/hidden or left unsaid

Frank, I know you would like to have a prefect Dick and perfect everything but that's just not possible. Mine is not perfect but it allows me to have sex again. I hope that you will continue to heal and things will get better for you.
I didn't have a world class surgeon do my implant, mine was done at a military hospital in San Antonio, Texas, but I had a good gut feeling that they would do a great job and they did. I wasn't promised to have a Dick that would be superior to the one that I had before, I was just given the chance to have a Dick that worked again and I could have amazing sex with my wife again.
I'm still here if you need help,

I think most guys stay on the site.
It has become a brotherhood.
We all support each other.
The rest of the world should learn from us.

Started with Viagra at age 40. Worked good for about 12 years.
Tried Trimix injections, worked great for about 8 years
Now Trimix no longer works.
I got implant on Oct 26th 2022.

thanks SWorks17, I just wish they had told me what I could go against, instead I was told that the only thing that would have changed is that to get an erection I had to pump, then everything else remained the same, instead I I find it disgusting, it's all false, from doctors who declare themselves professors and professionals I expected honesty and clarity, instead next to the money they are able to pass on their mother's corpse, before castrating a man they should tell in detail what you can go against, if one has zero he says ok, let's proceed, anyway I have nothing to lose, one who has something could say ... wait a minute maybe it's not the time yet, because between the pros and cons I have more to lose than to gain in this facility, I say, how do these people look in the mirror? all implants that are declared successful have at least a couple of problems, look at mine, for him it's perfectly successful, for me it's no use for shit, it's just a dildo that also hurts, which I paid very dearly, the more they are been castrated which in money is worth at least another 10 implants, for them if it inflates and deflates correctly everything is fine, even if your tips hurt, the glans does not inflate, you do not reach orgasm, etc etc, if you ask explanations tell you that you have to book a visit and pay again, after the promised work has not been completed, they took us to their ATM and the day after the operation they no longer know you, except if you become their cow from milk

These are not factual statements and I'm sorry if these are your experiences. They're not mine . I'd like to use an analogy.... if I'm unable to walk and a surgeon gives me the ability to walk again, I'm not gonna curse the surgeon ( or surgery) if I'm unable to run ! I'm gonna be thankful I can walk . Not only can I walk but I'm kinda like a " Mall walker " now . You know what I'm talking about ... up at the crack of dawn, doing laps around the perimeter of the mall. Pumping those arms, swinging those hips , double pacing it . Just happy with life , doing the best I can . I'm hoping if I put in the work ( and recovery) I'll be able to run again. Don't give up Frank . We're here for you

Re: Do successful implant men stay on Frank Talk?
I don’t hang out here constantly but I do drop in a few times a week and read.
Some times I see a post where I see my situation a few years back and a post or message can really help. I’ve swapped phone numbers and chatted with guys right after surgeries where they thought the world was going to end. Sure enough, like I told them, in 3 or 4 months they’d be fucking their brains out and swearing the implant was the best invention ever.
We all have different experiences with this so I’m keeping my eyes and ears open. God willing I will wear my LGX out and if it lasts 10 years, I’ll be 73 (I’m 67 now) so I want to know as much as I can about revisions. I’ve got sort of an unusual configuration (18+5) but based on results I’m not going to tell the doctor he should have done it different. But since a revision typically adds 1-3 cm, I know enough now about what questions to ask surgeon beforehand. We also know a bit more about my internal anatomy.
Information overload on a guy contemplating an implant might be a pain in the butt, but it bears the he’ll out of not having all of the facts/opinions available. My experience is one Dara point, and since they’re cutting on your junk you cannot possibly gave too many data points. That’s why I still visit.

Age 68. Physically fit educated red neck in Texas. Very married. 23 cm (18+5) of LGX installed by Dr. Bryan Kansas 12/31/2019. I fought the ED and my wife & I won. I’m either full of shit or sound advice. You decide which.

I'm glad things are going well for you, I see many implants in my condition, toes that hurt, half-service orgasm, glans that no longer swells, I could walk, even at 6/7 pace out of 10, it's I was promised that I could run again, but now I walk like a taratruga
