Has anyone here had an implant with Sava Perovic before? Dr Kim claims he can add 3cm or length and 2cm or girth with an implant. Curious if this is too good to be true? I asked about glans narcosis and he said the risk is minimised by not moving the neurovascular bundle more than 3cm.

I'd do your research well .. is the risk worth it for a size difference that no one will notice in the end quite possibly you? Just throwing an opinion out there ... look how many on here have had failing implants or implants needing to be done over because of the skill set used to implant them .. somethings can't be made right again once done .

I'd be VERY skeptical of any surgeon promising size gains.
Most people lose some size, though they usually regain it in time.

Talk to Dr. Rados Djinovic from Sava Perovic. He is experienced in lengthening procedure. If you are not diabetic, then the risk of glan necrosis is extremely low.

I would avoid that. Everything I’ve ever researched says nobody can give you more than you originally had before ED effected you. Girth yes… length without some major reconstructive surgery… don’t see it.

Mildly aggressive sizing can give you a small gain. I gained about 1cm (.4").

I think that it should be pointed out. It's not uncommon to get members here that have damaged themselves by trying penis lengthening exercises.
