Considering Implant

Hi guys. I've been here a while and went from Cialis/Viagra to Trimix. It works OK but i don't like the injections and the non-spontaneous nature of it.
Been watching Dr Perito's videos on youtube and that started me thinking about an implant. But i have some questions, just in general:
1) i understand that length will be no issue for most guys in that there is an implant long enough for you, but what about girth? i'm very girthy when erect (trimix etc) (between 6.5 and 7") and don't really want to lose that. Can anyone speak to that?
2) if my doctor ended up being 2 hours or so away, would that be a bad thing? I live in Orlando and I hear good things about Dr Carrion in Tampa.
3) i think i read in my insurance paperwork that implants are covered for "non-psychogenic impotence" (i.e. there is an identified medical cause-- arterial insufficiency in my case) About how much does it cost? I haven't really heard ballpark figures so i could estimate my piece of the coverage if needed.
4) what about show-n-tell in Orlando or near? i'm very curious about how it actually looks and feels and works but i'm a hands-on guy and sometimes the videos online just don't cut it. Is anyone near me that would be willing to discuss their situation and maybe show me?
I love the community here and look forward to hearing from you guys!

Dr carrion is the best in the area. I see his work everyday and I’m still impressed with my implant, especially when I walk naked and it hits on my thigh.

The general understanding that seems accurate is you will definitely want a Titan, not an AMS. I know I lost a small amount of girth and men who had more lost more. AMS 700 LGX in particular is great for gaining back/gaining more length, but 5.5" seems to be about a cap on max girth. With Titan I don't know if all 6.5" to 7" will be retained, but curious if others know/what happens for you.

I have a Titan and I'm 6 months post op. My length is back to pre length of 6.5" My girth has gained a little from 6.25 to 6 3/8. I've been aggressively cycling twice per day for approximately 20 min per session as hard as I can get it using multiple Perito exercises. Even after 6 months I still feel the stretch if I really pump to the max. I want to have more girth so I'm scheduled with Dr. Hakky for Urofill at the end of July. Getting an implant was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Good luck

Sorry, typo. My girth is 5 1/4 to 5 3/8. I have wishful thinking of what I want to be. HaHa

I had a similiar girth to you on injections and prior to my peyroines starting 6 months later I got the implant. Lost a bit of girth from either the implant or peyroines but Dr. EID said the 24cm implant should accomodate that girth (6inches). Beyond 6 inches the implant may not accomodate that girth too many different factors at play. I got Urofill that Perito created and I am back up to full 6-6.25 inches midshaft really like the filler so far.
