I'm very close to deciding I want an implant, and I see the implant doctor on Wednesday. It's for a general discussion of my erectile dysfunction issues, what I've tried to fix it, and getting an implant as the next step. I also want to talk him into doing the dopplar ultrasound to see if there is an organic issue. So I would appreciate any and all advice on what I should be sure to ask the doctor in regard to getting an implant. I already have a long list of questions, but there are probably things I've missed.
My erectile issues : life long, always had trouble keeping even a partial erection without constant stimulation, have never had an erection hard enough for penetration (close but not enough). I'm gay so I've always been the receptive partner as I had no other option. I've tried a variety of OTC supplements, getting my testosterone at a healthy and high level through testosterone replacement therapy, 5mg of cialis per day later increased to 10mg per day, and Trimix. Cialis helps a little. With Trimix I get maybe a 30 percent erection even after injecting 10 units.
Thanks.

It seems like you’re the ideal candidate for a penile prosthesis. You’ve tried everything else. Looks like it’s time to go bionic.

Are you able to choose from a number of implant docs or do you have only one option? That will shape the questions you'd ask
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

Looks like you've tried all the band-aid fixes with no success. That basically says you are ready for the implant. Find a good urologist who does lots of implants. Don't take No for an answer just because you're young.

You say you became a bottom because you had no choice. Do you think your E.D. played any role in your identifying as gay? In other words do you think you sought intimacy with men, because you were afraid of rejection by women due to sexual inadequacy?
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. I also have mild BPH

Love how Mark1974 is giving advice on implant when he doesn't even have one. Negative emotions are contagious avoid guys like this at all cost unfortunately they have a disease of the soul and if you get to close you'll catch it.

Did I give advice on an implant?
Either I don't express myself very clearly or some people don't have very good reading comprehension

My point is you could be solving your problems but instead you choose to come to forum and complain and infect others with your negativity almost all of your posts are like that. But you will never get anywhere if you sit around complaining and don't actually take step towards a solution.
