Can full deflation be acheived without squeezing your penis?

Hey everyone,
I recently got the HA filler urofill. Just wondering if full deflation can be acheived by holding the valve without actually squeezing the penis? Afraid that may migrate the filler.
Or is the "one touch" deflation thing a coloplast marketing scam?

I definitely cannot completely deflate my Titan without squeezing it.
Think about it: the cylinders and reservoir are two containers connected by a 1 way valve. If you activate the valve, fluid will flow from cylinders into the reservoir until the pressure in both is equal. But if you want to get the maximum fluid out of the cylinders and into the reservoir, you have to squeeze the cylinders.

I wonder if not squeezing will leave enough fluid in there to cause pressure atrophy.

why didn't you ask whoever made you urofill?

Just did. Dr. Hakkys in person answers or great but his text replies are not that detailed so not sure how comprehensive of an answer i'll get.
Just don't know if not squeezing the cylinders might atrophy my natural corpral tissue from pressure but tbh I don't like squeezing my penis at all I'd rather just deflate with the release valve.

of course, whoever doesn't like it, they should make the pump of the device change its name, it's false advertising, but I see that all the states are silent

I count my implant ass 50% deflated when the pressure within the reservoir and the pressure within the implant tubes are equal. That is, when spontaneous flow between the implant the reservoir stops by itself.
I once suggested to my surgeon that having a pump bulb that would inflate the reservoir positively (just like with current designs the pump inflates the implant positively) would be nice. He agreed, but I figure the extra complexity in the valving would make it more prone to failure, and an increase in failure rate, even by a small amount, would not be worth the extra convenience of not having to "squeeze down" one's penis to get the most fluid out of the implant tubes.
To answer your atrophy question, I seriously doubt if leaving your implant at 50% (equilibrium between resevoir and implant tubes) has ANY risk of pressure atrophy. The only risk I can envision is that the reservoir may get squeezed by your abdominal tissues such that it may be difficult or impossible to squeeze down your implant in the future as thoroughly as you can now. So, I make sure to fully deflate my implant at least once or twice a week for a few hours, at least. Just to be thorough.

Titan classic pump here. I squeeze the release valve until fluid stops moving by itself. Then squeeze my dick. No need to vice-grip it. A gentle squeeze works. No big deal. I put a couple of pumps in after deflated for aesthetics.

Thanks everyone for the replies especially Frank I should have just asked Hakky but I try not to bother the guy. He said it doesn't matter if you don't squeeze all the way out and that pressure atrophy only occurs from hyperinflation but regardless atrophy of the corporal muscle occurs over time anyways.

Never heard of "pressure atrophy ".
Can you explain what that is and what causes it?
