This has probably been asked before, but what does arousal feel like with the implant? And Im talking about without touching yourself

With my severe ED I get some engorgement of the shaft and glans, but it fades and it alternates between soft and slightly engorged without ever fully getting hard without manual stimulation.

With the implant in there what is like? Do the spongosium and the glans get slight engorgement beneath and on top of the implant?

Also I find I get "hornier" the longer time there is between ejaculation. The classic refractory period.

Does that still work the same if you havent had an RP?

Same arousal feeling when it happens. I had a RP. If you have nerve endings, the feeling is the same.

I have pretty much the same feeling of arousal. My glans still engorges. The only difference is I have to inflate to get erect, and I can stay hard and keep going as long as she can take it.

Now that I’m 18 months out it happens a lot when I get horny and aroused, it feels like I’m getting a real boner. So, my implant will be squeezed out and empty and I can feel it swelling and lifting up a little. It feels good.

Thankful that I still have some natural feeling

Yes, same feelings and same thing, longer between ejaculations makes for more horny.

Yes. Surgery was Feb 9, so four months out. After being deflated at the 6 week mark, even with implant, spontaneous arousal causes an engorgement of sorts with all those old sensations I remember with fondness. So even if soft and flaccid, I swell some without inflation. It is a great sensation and makes me feel male again after years of blah. Might be the testosterone shots I am taking now also. Those definitely help in a lot of ways.

sometimes I also feel like a natural erection, I also do testosterone about 90 mg of enanthate, the implantologist says he has left me some erectile tissue, the excitement is the same as before the implant, only you have to have an erection pumping, but the dick doesn't feel like it did before the implant
