Don't panic about size loss immediately following surgery.
I am 4 months out.
Here's my full story:

I couldn't evenn measure myself when I first cycled because I looked and felt so incredibly small.
Having been implanted before....I knew to trust the process.....cycle and be patient.
4 months later I have regained all my size and then some.
All my glans engorgement has returned.

My wife has said it's more than big enough and has insisted that I stop cycling. She said she is tired of her cervix taking a beating. Lol
At 4 months I have absolutely no pain and am enjoying incredible sex with my much younger wife.
So don't panic.

Dr Levine also did my surgery as well right before Christmas. I had some complications with suture eruptions but that’s all cleared up. I’m extremely happy with his work. I’ve tried it with 2 dozen “volunteers” from 20s to 50s and so far wrap on “wood” the only ones who have known are the ones I told. First inflate was a bit disheartening but after a few months it’s back to normal , maybe a tad bigger idk, at least the one who knows who took me to get the surgery says so. Glad you are having a good outcome with his work. Love his bedside manner he’s a riot lol.

Looks great, man.
Size loss for me (at first) was scary
I lost a little less than an inch Post surgery, 6 months later after aggressive cycling, I'm right where I was Pre surgery

Just stay on it!

I think staying consistent with cycling and using it.....keeping the available remaining erectile tissue filled with blood is key to getting size back.
