Has anyone gained length and or girth post-implant with AMS LGX?
My surgeon mentioned that one-year window post-implant where daily cycling can give gains.Curious if anyone has documented lgx gains.
My goal is also to lose 15lbs of fat(I am skinny fat) so mostly lose the gut to expose more visible shaft length along with daily stretching( once I am cleared by my surgeon).
Thanks in advance.

I'm about 4.5 months post implant.
Initially, I lost almost an inch of length, and maybe a little girth.
As of now I've regained it all, and have actually increased my length by about a quarter inch.
Girth is also up by around an eighth inch.
I cycle every night for 30+ minutes at 100%, then bleed down to about 85 or 90% while sleeping.
When I awake, I pump back up to 100% until I'm ready to get dressed.

I had gains out past 1 year with my LGX. The important thing is to follow your doctors' instructions for cycling. No use in following someone else's instructions for them with another doctor. We are different and so are the doctors we use. After you are fully healed and released from your doctor you can decide if you want to try more aggressive cycling. I used the pump adding cycling after I was released. I would pump until my MS pump went into bypass mode. This is when the pumps no longer move fluid into the cylinders and bypass back to the reservoir. I can tell the difference in the pumps as the bulb will be really hard and with enough force give way and move a little fluid but not into the cylinders. Then I would wait 5 minutes or so and add a pump or more that did go into the cylinders. I would do this for up to 1 hour or until I started to have pain. The idea is to get a stretching feeling and if that went away then try adding more pumps.
The information I have read is that most men with even normal cycling and use that have a replacement after 5 or more years have a larger device implanted. After the first 3 months or so the gains really slow down and are difficult to see. But if you do the cycling work and measure at 3, 6, 9. and 12 months you will see the gains. And maybe then again at 15 or 24 months. If you have size loss from ED and are young enough to have a replacement or even several then you may even get most or all of your size loss back again. We are all different and I had a lot of size loss from years of untreated ED.

I gained it all back and a bit, in length and girth.
What you see at first is not what you get.
A few months and you'll be back to normal.
