This happened last night and had me panicked....

..... I was doing my nightly cycling routine before bed and when I went to deflate ONLY ONE CYLINDER DEFLATED !!!!! The other cylinder was still rock hard ! I was freaking, thought the implant was broke already. It was so weird having half my dick hard and the other half soft ! Looked like Peyronie's disease all over again. I was able to fix it by simply pumping up and deflating again . Thankfully it worked. I pumped up and deflated twice since last night just to check if it was still working properly and it was . Has this happened to anyone else ?

......I'm hoping this was just a fluke occurrence and not a harbinger of things to come .

That's strange.
Most likely a kinked tube, or depending on the internal pump design, maybe you only moved the valve part way to deflate.
Good luck, and hope it doesn't repeat.

That is one I have never heard. Anything mechanical is bound to have some problem, but that is a scary one.

( update ) morning cycling routine went off without a hitch . That's now 3 times inflating and deflating without any problems. I hope it never happens again! That's was WEIRD . I thought I fucked something up by using the VED . Well, even though I was hesitant, I used the VED again this morning.....everything was working properly. Had to be a fluke. A fluke I never want to experience again !

VED could have caused a kinked tube, which straightened itself out.

I think you have to be right about a kinked tube . What else could it be ? Idk . My pump and tubing placement/ length is pretty much perfect . Custom fit , don't feel any excess tubing. Dr Clavell did a great job with it .

What gives me piece of mind is Dr. Clavell had said previously that the coloplast titan is a strong implant and used a flexed bicep muscle emoji to demonstrate via text
...so I don't believe it broke . But in the moment.........

I also think a kinked tube may have caused the cylinder not inflated. It is not a bad idea to hold your glans up straightforward with one hand and make sure you position the pump correctly in the line of tubes direction, so that every squeeze moves the saline to cylinders.
