While I am a few weeks away from using my implant I have been thinking of maximizing the pleasure-generating capability of the implant.

Just ordered a "yoga chaise" from amazon ...to try out the positions you mentioned.

My earlier experience was very successful and it was just by transmitting the vibration to inside her vagina with two fingers. If you hold a vibrator in your palm..all fingers would vibrate.
I only bent two fingers and inserted so to transmit the vibration inside her simultaneously while the actual vibrator was in my palm.
