Stitches started to dissolve too soon

My stitches started to disolve too soon. I'm 3.5 week post op and the stitches are supposed to stay in there for at least 6 week. I am a bit worried regarding infection. Don't know if I should change my wound healing regime. Currently I shower daily and use a product similar to hibiclens, after the shower I use a hair dryer to get the incision and apply Octenisept a antiseptic for wound disinfection. I am a bit worried if this regime could slow down the healing process or even further dissolve the stitches.

And yes I've asked this question my doctor, he always replies, but often in too short messages. He only replied "not quiet ready yet, give them another week and we can get them out".

What makes you say they dissolved too soon? I can still see the stitches. Why would he remove them? I thought they dissolve by themselves?

I tend to have had more stitches and staples in my life than I probably should have.

I’ve had 5 total revisions and never had stitches for more than 2 weeks. The stitches or staples were generally removed after 10-14 days.

My self absorbing stitches never lasted more than 3 weeks.

Do you have a healing disorder or something else that would require stitches that long?
