Do you young implanted guys live a good active sex life just like one could without the implant? I like seeing many different girls several times a week and the way things are going i might have to be implanted in a few years or earlier. why lie? What the difference between a artificial testicle and an implanted penis?

Right now no girl has been able to touch my dick for years, even i can barely masturbate because of my issues. But my erection quality is fine…Ive gone from above average to average dick size. Soon ill be below average and eventually get ED. So question is if one should pull the trigger early and preserve the size or just let it go to hell first and then fix it. I have a couple of views on this.

If girls can have breast implants I can have a penile implant. I’ve never stopped and asked a girl prior to or during sex if they are factory original or not. I honestly don’t care and to be honest it’s usually pretty evident if they do or don’t.

I think im gonna do the strategy where i dont say anything and pump up the last pumps during foreplay. I just hope that sex feels like it used to or is equally satisfying in another way. That when i do get the nice girl im not just gonna think "meh" about the fact that im gonna fuck her, because sex feels plasticky or unnatural anyway.
