Coloplst IPP surgery with Dr. Osmonov - 23/06/2023 (Germany)

Dear FT Community, I was operated 12 days ago in Germany. My surgeon was Dr. Osmonov Daniar at UKSH Kiel.
For everyone whos interested I will give some insights about my surgery and I am also facing some troubles and would be happy for some feedback.
Presurgery Day and Day 1 in hospital
I was operated on friday. I got general anesthetic. On the day before surgery (Thursday) I was in the hospital and got the pre surgery patient education about the surgery and the anesthesia. I thought I would see Dr. Osmonov himself to talk about every detail and the possible risks but it wasnt possible. I could only talk with a urologist student or a new urologist who never did a penile implant surgery in his life. It was only paperwork but my wish would be to talk with the surgeon personally before he cut into the most important region from my body. After the signatures I asked If it is possible to talk with him in person. But it wasnt possible. So I wrote him an e-mail about my wishes (wish of No RTE and if needed rather to cut 1cm off the implant, Coloplast, Penoscrotal, the Pump which he prefers, also I wrote that I dont want a circumsision cause the doctor who informed me told me that it will be done very often with this surgery). But I love my foreskin and no one will cut it away.
After the surgery I woke up and everything was done. My penis was mummy wrapped. I had severe pain and needed pain killers. I got antibotic IV and some pain killers IV (dont know the name) but none of them worked for me. So I was awake the whole night in my room in hospital. I wished Dr. Osmonov came to me the day after surgery but I didnt saw him at this day. I guess the surgery was around 11am. I was a little bit confused, cause I dont saw him the day before surgery and also not on the surgery day. It s not good for a patient after such a surgery in my opion.
Day 2-4 (hospital)
On day 2 I forced them to give me stronger pain medications and then fortunately I got narcotics. After that I could sleep some hours fortunately. I already had the bladder catether inserted from surgery day and this was very painful for me too. On the right side I had a blood drain with 50cc blood in there. So all in all I lay flat on my back, unable to move cause of severe pain and the catether on the left side of my bed and the blood drain on the right side of my bed fixed.
Luckily Dr. Osmonov came on day 2 and said the surgery went well and I got a 22cm Coloplast with 1RTE. He had some problem with the dilation with my left corporal body proximal cause of scar tissue. Then he removed the mummy wrap and deflated me. The problem was that my dick did nothing after deflation and was still pointing forward at 3o`clock. He said it s cause of swelling.
On the 3rd day my catether was removed and I felt much better and I could go to the toilet for the first time. This 5meters where the most painful steps in my whole life
so I returned into my bed immediately. On the 4th day they removed my blood drain and I still had severe pain. I only could sit on my bed on day 4 and went twice to the toilet. On the 4th day after lunch I was released from hospital and had to travel1 hour away to hamburg and stayed there for nore 3 days before flying home around 90minutes.
Day 4-6
I just stayed in bed. Ice was my best friend. Since surgery my balls had the size of a big orange but ice was good. I was concerned about my flaccid appearance. Cause my cylinders felt very rigid and my penis was pointing out of my body at 70-80 degrees (5 o`clock). It was so rigid I could easily have sex with that if I should. I could detect the pump and every hour I deflated my Touch Pump and could feel that fluid was transfered back to the reservoir from the cylinders.
This was the first time I was a little bit in panic cause I dont inflated my device and could deflate fluid very often. So I detected some kind of AUTOINFLATION. Cause of that I called the office on the 6th day from Osmonov and unfortunately I only could get in contact with him yesterday on the 11th day after surgery. It s not easy to get in contact with him.
Day 7-12
After one week I was back in my home country and I am not able to do much except laying in my bed and going to the toilet cause of my pain level. On the 11th day I talked with my surgeon about my autoinflation issue and he said we have to wait and in the worst case it s a fault of the reservoir and we must change it.
Today at the 12th day the swelling is now mostly gone and I started to touch my penis to feel everything. Now I felt another thing which makes me very nervous and I wrote an email again to my surgeon. Hopefully I will get an earlier response then last time where I waited 5 days. So now I am asking the FT community about my actual issues. I dont want to undergo a revision surgery and hope for the best outcome.
Just for info. My advice from the surgeon was to let my coloplast implant 6 weeks deflated after the surgery and then begin with the activation and cycling. I told him that I read many articles about the importance of early activation cause of scar tissue forming around the corpora bodies and the possibility to lose lenght and he said if everything is fine I could start earlier in the 5th week. So thats my implant story for now with Dr. Osmonov. Hope everyone who ist interested to undergo the surgery with him will take as much information as possible from my experience.
Till I get a response from my surgeon I would be happy to get some informations about my actual issues. I also attached some photos about my problems.
-) The 3rd photo is my acutal flaccid penis. It s annoying and sticking out of my body and it s hard. I can deflate it and it points short time afterward to a 4 o clock position but after some time I am back to 5 oClock position and it gets harder. Now I deflate it very often during the day cause the pain level in the corpora bodies is also reduced after deflating. But after around 30min it s back again filled with some fluid. This freaks me out a little bit. Hope this gets better cause it will have a big impact on my daily life. Will the titan soften so much in the next months or is it from the autoinflation?
-) I also have a hard area on the underside of my shaft in the scrotum area. From my understanding it can only be tubes but it s much bigger then some tubes and also very hard and a big area. I attached photo nr. 2 of it and in photo nr. 1 (it s not erect just holding my penis upward) there is the area marked which is very hard. On the underside of my shaft I put something on there (black) and I am not able to put it further downward on my shaft cause this spot (red) is stopping it. The green line is then the level of possible penetration cause It will not be possible to insert it in the future more deeply cause of the hard region (red). Is the tubing so prominet there`? It is no swelling for sure cause I didnt feel it as a part of my body. Who else has this and what is this?
-)my scrotum is numb in the region above the horizontal scar, will this get better?
Would be great to get some informations about it! I dont want to undergo a revision surgery but I dont think my problems will solve by it s own if I am honest. But at the moment I cant do anything against it and I must heal at least the next weeks before thinking about another surgery to fix my problems.
I will also mention the good things about the surgery so far:
-The lenght must be very similar to before- flaccid I am 15cm at the moment and I was 18cm erect before.
-pump placement is good, in the lower region of my scrotum
-glans engorge like before and have good feeling there
