Last couple of months has been mixed emotions.
Today is 2 weeks after surgery. As the pain is going away(almost)..I am getting a sense od adventure and excitement back. Realized today that attractive women in public places are suddenly making me adventurous not ashamed back in ED days.
Has anyone else felt this way post surgery

I'm almost a week out from surgery .. had a malleable implant so my surgery is not as extensive as the guys with inflatables .. over all for the most part I can say I've had little pain through the whole process.

I've never had pain but constant discomfort, I took painkillers for a long time, but it wasn't pain, it was stressful discomfort, the more the pain/discomfort subsides, the more the excitement rises, I only had pain when I was having sex and when i cycled at most, up to about 2.5/3 months, then only during sex up to 4.5 months, now over 5 months i no longer feel pain when having sex, but up to 15 days ago 50% sometimes I didn't have an orgasm, now saturday and tuesday i orgasmed without problems, let's hope it's not a pain. Definitely.
For years, if I saw an attractive woman in public, I would shrink inside. I might quickly glance at her, but my inner humiliation at knowing I couldn't follow up if I had the chance dashed any inclination to flirt.
Now, I know I can give any woman I see a good, hard fuck. So, I make an effort to engage women in stores, for example. I try to flirt with them, let them know that I could show them a good time.
Having the implant has definitely changed how I act towards women I find attractive.
