I am 23 days after surgical implant of Coloplast Titan Touch. Penis sticks straight out. Not flaccid. Is this normal? Swelling and bruising have gone away. Not scheduled to inflate until July 20th - 15 more days.

yes pretty normal with a Titan. It takes a while to soften up the cylinders. Several guys on here have documented that it improves with time and hangs better eventually.

I was left mostly inflated (erect) for the whole six weeks until activation and clearance for sex. So this is normal to me. Were you left erect after surgery? Or flaccid? If you don't know, perhaps you could call your doc and find out. Even flaccid, the titan will be visible for some time. I am five months out and my flaccid is pretty soft and quite visible no matter what I wear, but I don't mind the visibility or a bulge.

Hello I have the same and some kind of Autoinfaltion. I am out of surgery 13days.
Look at my photos, do you have the same flaccid ?
Maybe can you send a photo that I can compare it with my so called flaccid (semi erection at the moment)

It has been a little over a year for me and it has softened up a lot, it will always be bigger flaccid than before but it does get better with time, just enjoy having a working erection.

6 months postop. Titán. It gets much better with time. The cycling, sexual activity, Perito exercises, and lots of very hot showers break it in over time. my flaccid hangs at 4 o’clock but is so soft at the base now the pressure of normal underwear presses it down further. Just looks like a proper package now.

Here is mine a year and 4 months out, the first 6 months it was hanging around 4:00, I think it hangs pretty natural now.
