Burning sensation in scrotum mostly by pump

I'm entering week 10 tomorrow July 7th. All along there has been a burning sensation of my scrotum near the pump ball, worse at the deflate button, and even the tubes especially when sitting. The stinging of the penis is understandable especially since I cycle daily aggressively. I thought by now though and irritation inside the scrotum would be gone by now. It's better than weeks ago but still pretty tender. Anyone with experience have this problem?
