Hi, I'm just 3 days after surgery and I have a couple of queries, since the operation I find sitting down uncomfortable but I'm sure that will go away, I am now walking around with a semi hard-on which will drive me insane until I can get relief but not sure when I can do that, even masturbation would help but don't want to damage anything, my penis also isn't straight, well it's straight but looking down it sits to the right and last I heard the top of penis won't go hard is there a recommended cream to help for this

Welcome to the bionic club. The first week or so is going to be rough. That was major surgery. You are probably partially inflated, and bandaged? Talk to your doc about what to do next. I'm sure masturbation is not a good thing to try so soon. The shape will happen as you heal and begin to inflate/deflate.

No. Need to push button to deflate. In 3 week s you can do it without pain. Patience
