I can't move the pump which is strongly attached to the lower end of my scrotum. I neither can use the pump because it's very painful and preventing me to squeeze it. I'm 15 day post op and don't have pain while touching other pieces of the device. I tried to manipulate the pump to freeit from scar tissue but without any sucess.
I can see the bulb located through the skin. Any advice ?

I will be 6 months post op on the 21st. I can tell you that my pump also stuck to something inside my scrotum as well. But I kept on massaging everyday. It was painful at first. Try warming up with a rice or bean sock. Put two pounds of rice in a tube sock and warm in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. This helps soften up tissue. Then massage the pump pulling it down and away from your body. Don't over do it, be gentle. I didn't start pumping till week three. My pump now roles around in there with the twins like its been there all along... be patient. ;)

I had the same problem. Here's what I did, and it worked.

Make you some bean socks. Put two pound of dried beans straight out of the bag, into the sock. You will need two socks and 4 pounds of beans. Freeze one sock in the freezer. First put the frozen bean sock around the balls and penis for about 15 minutes. You will be supprised how good it feels. Then microwave the other about a minute. Careful, don't burn your self. Then the microwaved one till it cools down, about 15 min. Now work on freeing every thing up. Carefully, slowly pull and work it all apart. In a few days you should be fine.

Good luck,
