Have you asked you Doctor about Erosion issue in malleable implants? How we can prevent it? If it happens than what is the solution?

MY DOCTOR said erosion chance's are very less as he will do right sizeing and he said Erosion CAN HAPPEN to any Implant if its not sizes right.in case of Erosion revision can be done without any problem.i have seen many videos about Malleable Implant and even with Erosion doctor Revised it without any problem

Cons:
Tactra has bending issues, making concealment difficult.

Girth sizing could be a problem if your anatomy does not fall into sizes 9, 11, 13 which Tactra is limited to, as opposed to Rigicon and the Shah implant which have more sizes. Improper sizing leads to erosion.

The hardness of Tactra and especially the hard and pointed distal tip makes it more prone to erode the glans with time. Rigicon and the Shah Implants have soft and rounded distal tips making them gentle to the delicate tissues of the penis including the glans.

Pros. Rigid.

20 years? No one knows. Rigicon and Tactra are only 3-4 years old. Indian Shah implant has been in use for 27 years. Save the issue of concealment, I will go for the Indian implant. It's got only silicon, no metals. And no problem of bent penis which is likely with the other two because of the metal component. Those who got Indian says rigidity is good including different positions. Just have to adapt to concealing it with tight underwear. Findings from my personal research. I'm considering having a malleable by November.

I have a newly implanted Rigicon 6/30/2023 ... too early to give too much info but can say pain levels and healing has been surprising .. Iv do first follow up on the 18th and will get a lot more info .. curious about the 135% bending that is advertised .. If you do research you will find statements about how hard it is to bend a Tachra also. My dr. chose malleable for my age and many health issues .. he is a big believer in the malleable ..dr. carrion of tampa ..his father invented the inflatable implant back in the 70's. He is world renowned and teaches many other dr's thru fellowships at USF in Tampa fl. There are pros and cons with each type and brand implant doe sure .. mallablles have the least revision's and issues ..

Wasim1, What is your age and who is your Doctor?
Does your Doctor recommends you tactra or it is your choice?
