For example if you get implanted in your 30s or earlier, can one have enough revisions to cover for your entire life? Or there comes a time in your 50s and 60s when you can't have anymore surgery. I am mostly afraid of something bad happening like an infection and not having anymore an opportunity of revision.
Is there any study concerning multiple revisions and young implanted guys?
Can you lead an entire life having an implant?

I dont think anyone really knows that since they´ve only been around for like 30 years or so, or maybe longer but i dont think that many people got them in the 80s. I think one can have an implant ones entire life but who knows

Since there are a few guys who have had several revisions in a short span of time, I think you'd be able to have revisions until you're 80-90 years old. Infection rates are quite low as long as you follow doctors' orders, and even a bad infection can be cured.
So if you were 30 at first implant and it lasts 12-15 years, that would be 42-45 years old for first revision. Another 12-15 years for second revision makes you 54-60 years old. Third revision would be at 66-75 years old. And future implant might be longer lasting.

Does it really matter?
For example, if it were impossible to have ANY revisions. That is, an implant were a "one and done" lasting for ten years and then never more sex. Would you rather have good sex from the age of 35 to 45 years of age? Or the sex you can have now and only good (implanted) sex from 65 to 75?
I will grant that in 20 years there may be improvements in implants, but you may get hit by a bus in the meantime.
Of course, there is the matter of a partner. You may not have your life-partner (or at least a ten-year partner) right now.
I hope my comments help clarify your priorities.

Re: Can you lead an entire life having an implant?
I sure hope so since I just got implanted a few days ago at age 31.
My dream is to have as few revisions as possible. But since we can’t control our futures, I will do my best to endure when they need to take happen.

I would stick with injections for as long as possible.
I’ve been good with injections for more close to a decade with judicious use of it. You can’t use trimix daily or you will cause irreparable damage.
In what frequency do you use trimix? And what is your succes rate?
