I am now 13 weeks post op. I dont see alot more grow with implant (LGX). However, I am trying to pump more and after 30 minutes get pain in shaft. I believe this is breaking up plaque. I can handle it for about 10 minutes and then let down. My doc initally told me to go an hour. It is alot of pain to go that long. Do you think it is worth the pain and pushing for more? If I get more I will do it but may have to take pain pills for an hour pump. I usually do two 30 min pumps, not as painful. HOwever I may have more benefit pushing through the pain at an hour nonstop. Any thoughts?

What pressure are you pumping at?
Sounds like you have too much pressure in your tube but that would be obvious to remedy.
dtwarren is our pumping expert here along with genome and a couple of others.

Think of it as a process, I think you should keep pumping it to the max and if it's for 30 minutes then that is fine for now, you should try to pump it up every day for the first six months or so. Gradually you will stretch the tissue to fit your implant and when you can keep it inflated for an hour you are getting there. Is it worth it? I think so as this will ultimately make your implant very comfortable not to mention regain any size lost. However, I don't think its all about size, its more about getting the tissue to accept your new parts. After it gets totally comfortable, maintain it fit by max inflating at least once a week. I am a week or so short of two years with my LGX and I continue this. My doctor told me not to stop the maintenance.
I am not saying that your implant won't be successful if you don't do this, but I think this is the quickest path to ending up with a perfect fit.

Before you do your pumping up; "warm up" for at least five minutes warm your penis and scrotum up. I use a sock filled with 2 lb. of dried beans, straight out of the bag, tie the end of the sock so as not to spill the beans. Microwave the beans one minute ( or more depending on your microwave) Get it as hot as you can stand it, but don't burn yourself. Then pump (the implant pump) your penis up tight, till it hurts a little. Then massage your penis till the pain goes away. Pump it up some more, massage it some more till the pain goes away. When it gets so painful you can't continue, then let
it down to about 70% (comfortable) massage it till it feels OK. Warm it up Again, Then pump it back up and repeat the process till the hour is over.
