I do not. I did with the pills and shots. But not now. It works every time. It’s guaranteed.

My only anxiety since I got the implant is running out of energy or my bad back flaring up.

I had extreme anxiety before. Post implant when I had sex the first time I was nervous. But soon it all started to work as it should. Now I don’t get any anxiety about not being able to perform.

After implant, I had performance anxiety (not unlike atul21 reported,, I think). I worried that I had forgotten how. Things like lining up the right angle for penetration, timing of when to move up from foreplay, etc. I had no anxiety over losing the erection, though.

ED does undercut a man's confidence in subtle and not-so-subtle ways. Shedding that self-doubt takes time. Understanding it helps. Having an understanding partner helps more.

I didn't have anxiety.

But what I did have to do was relearn how to fuck the right way.

For years prior to my implant, I could only hope to stay hard in a couple of positions. And I dragged us through a very prescribed set of moves on the very rare occasions that we had sex.

So, I had to learn to let go of that routine. I had to learn to relax. And I literally had to relearn how to fuck my wife the right way in different positions--missionary, doggy style, cowgirl, etc.

But what a relief not to have to worry about getting hard or going soft. That knowing certainly did a lot to eliminate my anxiety.

I still get it even with the implant. I have great engorgement because my surgeon left a lot of tissue, but it the anxiety kicks in it reverts to the oval skin plastic tubes. It doesn't feel nearly as good and is really noticeable during oral. I've tried silicon cock rings with some success along with Cialis. I'm in the process of trying to convince myself that I can still orgasm just as I could with a limp dick in the past. I've done it while masturbating and just before I come it swells up again.

I'm surprised that they haven't figured out a way to inject Trimix to an area that won't injure the implant. Iv'e tried Trimix Gel but it gave me a rash.

The only time I had some anxiety, was the first time I got to use my new Bionic Dick at 7 weeks. It was new and I still had some numbness and pain, but it was great to have sex again and not worry about getting soft at the end.
It was awkward at the beginning, trying to figure out how much I needed to pump it up to have satisfactory PIV sex, but it got better every week after that.
No more anxiety, I know that it will work every time and I can satisfy my wife, getting her to climax and myself also.
