Considering implant after trying everything else. Experienced guys: please help.

Would love the opinion of guys who already got an implant, and let me know what you would do in my case. Also i am sharing everything else i have tried before this in case anyone has any questions about other treatments.
At this moment i am considering a Rigicon infla 10 ax, in turkey with Dr. Ihsan Karaman, simply because it seemed a good price, but i am talking to other doctors as well around the world, and i do want to get the best of the best when it comes to a life changing surgery. Anyone who has this model of implant, please do let me know your thoughts.
Also i am a bit torn between infrapubic incision and penoscrotal, as i see the first one heals faster (my biggest fear is the downtime and painful recovery), but the latter is more popular.
My case:
I am 40 years old, in great physical shape, often considered attractive by women, however i have been dealing with ED since i was 27, when i started dealing with a chronic pelvic pain for 4 years. The pain was eventually cured, but the ED stayed. Pills worked back in the day, they used to work 100% of the time and now, sometimes but not so much.
What i have tried until now.
- Shockwave. Approximately 10 sessions.
- PRP injection.
- Stem cell injection.
- Cialis daily 5mg and 2.5mg. It worked for a while but i couldn't tolerate it. I got dizzy, palpitations, bloody nose, and even fainted once, and decided to stop completely after that incident. Was not worth the pain.
- Botox injections. It made my penis larger while flaccid, but no difference in ED.
- Silednafil. This is the only thing that has ever worked for me. Back in the day with 50mg i was hard as a rock. But nowadays even with 100mg i am maybe 70% confident that i will make it work. I had a recent situation with a beautiful woman when i couldn't perform, i took throughout the night like 200mg and even combined it with cialis, and i still couldn't get it up at all. So after that situation i finally considered the implant. Nowadays the anxiety of this "maybe will work, maybe will not work", kind of kills the excitement of sex for me.
I would love to feel the confidence of being 100% sure i will be rock hard. Also i am not married, i am single so want to be free to sleep with whoever i want without worrying about things not working. Often i have casual partners and i like things to be spontaneous, plus i travel a lot. So i do not consider injections as a potential option for me.
So my main question for you guys:
- If you knew pills will work 50-70% of the time, would you get an implant? Or would you prefer that 70% of chance and stick with the pills?
- Is there anything in my list i have not tried? I am determined to try everything before going with the final solution of an implant.
- If you have already done an implant, can you say why you chose that specific brand/model and why you chose that specific doctor, and either penoscrotal or infrapubic incision?
Will really appreciate the advise of guys who have already been through this,
Thank you so much!

You haven't tried PGE-1 / Trimix injections!? They were a life changer for me!

So I am just a guy on the internet, unqualified to give credible advice, keep in mind.
An implant is the 'nuclear option' - there is no going back. I would treat it as a last resort and at 50 - 70% dependability, an implant seems a premature consideration.
As mister stated, injections may work for you and it sounds like a frontier you haven't explored yet.
I know nothing about the Rigicon. But yes, with a successful implant, all your fears will go away. But there's risk involved, work to do (healing/cycling), and time that will need to pass until you are 100% stretched out and your new 'normal.'
I bloody well love my implant, but I had no other option left, it was an implant or... damn, I don't know where I would be without it.
You may discover that you are a good and ready candidate for an implant. But it sounds like it may be too early just yet. Just my two cents and that's all the weight I would put into it. Best of luck on your journey.

I disagree a bit with the above poster. If you are not getting the results you want from the pills than it is likely due to a combination of organic and psychological causes. The organic causes warrant further evaluation with an EXPERT urologist in sexual medicine.
An expert in sexual medicine will be able to offer you injections which I agree with what another poster stated you should give them a try before moving to the implant to see if they work and you like them. However, if an issue like venous leak or PD is identified and your erections are subpar then it makes no sense to me why you would wait for your dick to atrophy and deteriorate to get the implant which with a good outcome will halt and potentially reverse atrophy. So in order to get the best chance at a good outcome you need to travel to the best in the world at implant surgery especially since you are a young guy. I know of many young guys that went with local surgeons and are now unhappy find the best.
Also, I chose titan because it gives the most rigid erection and I chose Dr. Hakky because of his reputations as being one of the best plain and simple. I did penoscrotal recovery was tough but I think cosmetically the outcome is better.

I agree with Hillywilly. Prostrate surgery, 3 years ED, tried everything including injecting Trimix. What a pain and dissapointment Trimix. Very painful and was at it for almost 2 years. The Coloplast Titan Implant was my last option. Over 7 months in and I'm a very happy man. You do want the best of the best if you are going to do this. Thanks Dr Perito. Great surgeon and great guy. Regarding some of the things you had tried..some of these ways are highly skeptical. I did join a specialized Mens Clinic here in Florida and the route they wanted me to go and I do very deep research, I'm glad I did the implant instead. They told me to not do the implant lol. $$$$$$ is what I think about these places. The surgery for me wasn't the most pleasant yet I understand its different for everyone and if I had to do this all over again, I say an absolute yes! I got my life back. GL to ya.

If you can't be 100% sure your penis is going to work or not an implant is one solution. For me all the pills and injections I did over 12 years was something I hated. Hate putting drugs in my system not knowing if there are side effects or long term effects.
Not sure where you're located, but Trimix is one more thing to try before taking the final plunge. I know it's not available in some places. The hassle is it needs to be kept refrigerated and you only inject when you're ready for sex. For a single guy picking up women not a good solution.
I will say I love my implant. It makes sex wonderful again with no worries or anxiety.

Hi, i haven't tried injections, but the idea of injecting something into my penis seems absolutely terrible to me. Also, i am constantly traveling, i live out of my suitcase, so having that in my suitcase with refrigeration seems complicated. Also i read that long term injections are bad for the penis, so i would rather skip that step.
By the way, when i got stem cells injected it was a horrible process. I cannot imagine injecting something every day into my penis voluntarily (and i plan to have sex often).
Thank you!

Thank you! Are you happy with Dr Hakky? would you personally recommend it? how much time did it take since surgery day till being completely functional in sex?
Thanks!

Thank you! How long did you take to recover from Dr Perito's surgery? Would you personally choose him again if you had to do it one more time?
Did you do infrapubic surgery? Is it true that you are ready in less than a month to have sex? And do you have a noticeable scar that a sexual partner would notice?
