If I only use two pumps with it while max inflated implant in the cylinder, would it be relatively safe?
Or is it better to just find and purchase a new one with a gauge? It's difficult to find one with a gauge where I am.
Thanks,

With your recent implant and Tunica expansion I would do a lot of research and talk with your doctor and maybe others that have men use a VED after implant. Yes you want the best (most) possible results. That is why you had the Tunica expansion but you also don't want to throw it all away either. If you decide to proceed with VED use you should follow the instructions that came with your VED on inflation. That may be difficult as many say to pump until your penis is erect enough to lift off the bottom of the VED tube. In your case you may start that way. So it will be difficult to tell and you need to be extra careful and go really slow with pumping. Not only in the number but in the speed of each squeezing the lever. As far as a protocol for VED use after implant I know of only one publication on this.

After discharge patients were taught how to activate and
deactivate the device at a median of 8 (range 5–12) days
following surgery. They were encouraged to cycle it twice
daily 10–15 min per day. Starting 3 weeks after discharge,
patients were asked to use a vacuum device for a 12-week
period (Medis®, Vacuum Therapy Devices, Milan, Italy and
Osbon ErecAid®, Vacuum Therapy System, Collierville,
TN, USA) without the constriction ring for 5 min twice
daily after full device inflation was achieved.
Worth noting is this small group of men were hand picked. That is they had no extra work done as you did. And they all received the AMS LGX. Be careful brother and I hope only good thing for you.
