Date Set

Postby SunsetEyes1977 » Mon Jul 17, 2023 11:54 am

Date set for November with a provider in Iowa. Not concerned about length or girth loss. Doc said because I'm diabetic, there is a greater risk of infection but he says my latest A1C (5.7) is perfect. It will be good to no longer have to inject TriMix. I might still take Cialis with the implant to keep glans engorged. Will still take L-Arginine and Citrulline because it's good for the heart/ blood flow. Might still take Horny Goat Weed as it keeps my libido up.

Any suggestions/advice is greatly appreciated!

Congrats for scheduling the surgery. You'll love no more injections.
Once you heal any engorgement you have now will come back. Doubt Cialis will be needed.
Healing up is the toughest part, other than the anxiety of having the implant done. Set 2-4 weeks off life so you can rest. Ice packs, comfy couch, reading material or TV or laptop, and someone lined up to help you test it out once cleared for sex!
Folks are gonna ask, who's your doctor? What kind of implant? How old are you? Etc. etc.

Yeah I expect a lot of questions. I got advice to use a vacuumn pump everyday for a few months before the operation to stretch out in case of a possible length loss.
And I work from home so no worries about laying low for 2 weeks. My wife is excited about it and can't wait to pump it up lol.

I was told also to use a vacuum pump the 6 weeks before my surgery ... if you have not had regular erections the old saying if you don't use it you lose it is true ... the pump keeps the tissue stretched out and pliable .. I did it once to twice a day for 30 to 45 minutes ... build it up hold for a while let is go down ..give it 5 pump it up again .. there may be other on here with a whole lot more experience and like that say everyone has an opinion some people 2 ... lol
