Views from “ tweeners”

Postby Musson » Sun Jul 23, 2023 10:03 am

I’m a “ tweener”. I am on the fence about an implant because I can get hard with pills. However about half the time I begin to get soft before the deed is finished. In those instances I have to stop for about 15 minutes then start up again. I can usually finish. I also have trouble getting squeezed out of my wife’s pussy because of some dorsal hinging and an upward curve along the whole shaft. So I can indeed have sex successfully but not always. The combination of the curve, slight hinging, size loss and ED from the Peyroines had ruined the quality. I would love to hear from “ tweeners” that completed implant surgery since the decision does not seem to be as clear cut as someone with complete ED.

I was in a similar boat. I could usually be successful with cialis, but the planning and side-effects were a pain.
Also, if I paused to change positions or get a drink of water, I'd sometimes lose my erection.

The implant has solved all those problems, and greatly improved my confidence as well.
I'm very happy I did it now.

Musson. By your signature line. You've lost 28% of your penis length. You still aren't convinced to get an implant. What are you waiting to happen to finally convince you?
Just a curious question.

From what i have read, if you goto a high volume doc, you would be more likely to gain some back than lose your ed shrinkage even more.

For me, with pills, i could always start sex, i just had a hard time finishing, and if we changed positions it would be very likely i would lose the erection. I lost zero size in girth/length with the implant. You will notice most people post, I wish i had done it sooner, there is a good reason, the implant is fing amazing, just get a good doc.

You will also here alot of people say do everything else first before getting one. My opinion is I like the implant better than my 18 year old cock, i would have zero reservations getting another one knowing what i know now. And given the option i would have got one at 18, my cock worked amazing back then but it’s nothing like the bionic.

With a competent surgeon, there is vry littlt risk of size loss.

Having said that, I must add that it takes a LOT of experience and practice to develop rhe judgement and skill to become competent. Pick your surgeon carefully.

Past posts contain a LOT of information on how to pick your surgeon I will not repeat here. Find and read them.

I can understand that but I think you are misreading the situation.
My understanding of peyronies is that further size loss is very likely.
Where an implant has a chance of straightening out some of your curves. Thus leading to some regained length. Maybe not all 2 inches but at least some.
Are you in the USA? That might be a good indicator of your treatment path.

My situation was like yours. I got an implant and I love it.

I could generally get hard, but it would often go down and stay down. Over the years, this was true even as I increased up to the maximum dose of Cialis. I started with Viagra but switched because Cialis lasts longer. As the does increased, so did the side effects. I would get a really stuffy nose and sometimes a bit of a headache. For my girlfriend, at the time, having a cock right near her pussy seemed to help her orgasm, but she didn't actually seem to care much whether it was soft or hard. Hard while I was still in her was fine, soft after I finished, or soft simply because it went soft — all were fine with her. So I really did it for me. I wanted to be able to get hard without side effects, whenever wanted, and stay hard as long as I wanted. And I didn't want the muss and fuss of injections or pumps. I especially didn't want something that had to be refrigerated. I like to travel and I wanted to be able to conveniently have sex whenever and wherever.

I can't say what's right for you, but for me, going straight from pills to implant was the perfect choice. Knowing what I know now, and having the positive experience that I have, I wish that I'd learned about it sooner and had the opportunity to do it five or ten years earlier.
