Rigicon Infla10x won’t deflate

Exactly one month ago I was implanted with the Rigicon infla10x in India. I was deflated by the office staff in the clinic before leaving Delhi and told to start cycling in 3 weeks, which I did, once. Now I’m stuck with a partially inflated dick that refuses to deflate. It’s been like this for 4 days and it’s driving me mad.

I’m in contact with the Dr’s staff via WhatsApp and they say it’s fine, I’m just new to this and having difficulty finding the deflate button. I have tried pushing on where the button should be countless times and nothing happens. No fluid goes back into the reservoir, I squeeze my dick, it still stays hard and from all this squeezing the pain gets even worse.

I’m contemplating flying back to India to get this sorted but figured I’d ask here first. The staff said to pump it back up to 100% and then try deflation again. I attempted that, then it still only deflates to maybe 60% which is where I’m stuck at. It’s very uncomfortable and I’m worried this will not improve. If it’s simply user error then I’m in for a long life with this device because I’ve pushed on every conceivable part of where this release button should be, squeezing the hell out of my dick and it’s still stuck. Any suggestions?

Have your tried reaching out to Rigicon? They may be able to help better imo. I have always found that effective deflation requires me to squeeze and move the shaft backwards from the base. I do have a coloplast titan though.

I sincerely hope this works out for you very soon. Do keep us updated.

Yes I called their US support number last night and it says for sales press 2, support press 3. I press 3 it says “invalid response” and so I tried pressing 2 for sales. Went right through to a human. I told her I was having a problem with the infla10x and she said ok someone will call me within an hour. Nobody called

I think I’m going to fly to India tomorrow. It’s like a $70 flight so there’s no reason not to.

I thought you are in the US. If you are close by then it won't be a bad idea to come and see the doctor. I do have my reservations about Dr. Gupta, but I am glad things have worked out well for you till now and hopefully will stay the same in future.

Yes luckily I stuck around the area for a while and I just told them I'm flying there tomorrow. I've got a lot of opinions about how things have gone with this particular doctor but I'll save judgement for the time being. All's well that ends with a perfectly functioning bionic dick.

What is concerning is that Rigicon as a new company trying to compete with Boston Scientific and Coloplast is not providing the patient post-op support that makes it reliable. This is the most critical time for the patient. Allowing people to reach sales and not the support will eventually kill the sales in a couple of years.
Flying back to the clinic is the best you can do, even if it difficult, but you already spent a lot of money and put yourself under the surgeon's knife.

I agree it’s not a good look. If a company is going to spend $500m to get FDA approval and compete with the big boys then they should have a functioning customer support team.

I don't normally post on Rigicon threads but this one got me interested to research the company.
They are USA based, in New York State. I'm not great on east coast cities but it looks like the headquarters are in the Long Island area.
Best I could tell they only offer 2 product lines. Malleable & inflatable implants. Although their website does talk like they are interested in other urology products.
Here, I think we'd call them a "start up". Meaning a new company trying to make a place for themselves in the marketplace.
Not necessarily a bad thing. But, in "start ups" money & staffing are difficult things to get established. Their web site does say that they are interested in new employees.
I wish you the best of luck with your implant. But sometimes a start ups path can be what we call "rocky".
Oh, if they fail to become profitable in a reasonable period of time. They could go bankrupt. Perhaps be bought out by a different group or company. That type of financial problem frequently means that warranties or guarantees expire with the company.

Post operative support is a real issue with this company. It has been 2 months still I am not able to get full inflation. Only upto 4 o clock position. I contacted rigicon India but they told me to contact Dr Gupta. And he told to come after 2 months.
