Would people like to share their post-implant VED routines that worked for them?

I thought it would be a good idea to keep record of them all for future use.

The best VED routine is the one that you'll consistently use.

Don't know what the best routine is . I can attest that the ( temporary ) results of using a VED assist when pumping up are dramatic for me . I'll gain a minimum of a 1/4" in length and girth. My erection becomes thick AND round . Glans fat and engorged . It's addicting seeing and feeling the difference in my erection size using the VED .

I'm constantly experimenting, searching for the best VED routine to get the desired results.

I am wondering if with consistent use, it can help improve spongosium and glans engorgement? Thoughts?
