Aching scrotum pain keeps waking me up

I’m 3 weeks post op and I wanted to check if others have experienced this. My balls are probably the most painful spot now even though they aren’t really swollen. This acts up the most when I lie on back while sleeping, but it sort of alleviates itself when I lie on my side and reposition my balls between my legs.I believe it’s something to do with the pump grazing against the balls, but I would have thought by now that pain would be gone. Any ideas? My dick does get random pain sometimes but I think this aching is specific to the balls.

I slept best on my side woth a pillow between my legs…. But i never really got rando ball pain. The pump did hurt a little when sleeping the first month, pain is WAY better after that 6 week point.

In my opinion you're within the bounds of normal. Some guys heal faster than others. I think your progress is pretty much close to mine. One day you'll go hey, that pain went away but you won't remember when it went away.

I am almost 5 months out of surgery. I still get the pain you are talking about at times. I am a side sleeper too and feels that the pump presses against my groin causing discomfort.

I have discussed this with my doctor as well who says it is normal and should get better with time. In my case it has definitely gotten better but has not vanished completely.

Before falling asleep. I gently pull my entire scrotum forward so it isn't squeezed by my legs. It appeared to help quite a bit.
