Cold and hot

After the surgery I realized that you have to freeze as much as possible.
Then at some point you have to move on to the heat.
How many days cold and then hot?

I did alot of cold in the beginning, i used ice for pain. Once the pain subsided i used alot of hot baths mainly and a little rice socks. Hot helped with cycling and cold worked for pain.

2 days of ice and heat pad from day 3. Do confirm from your surgeon. This is what I was told by both doc Eid and my own surgeon
