Has anyone heard of any cases where the graft has thickened? Causing the graft side to not inflate properly.

Sorry if i am being dense but i dont understand, there is no graft with an implant unless there is something special with your case? Implants help with peyrones.

I think that the TEP procedure frequently has a graft. It might even require a graft. I'm not sure.

Thanks for your reply guys, Yes I had peyronies, So, I believe the surgeon added a graft on one side.

Currently, the graft has thickened and is a bit painful on one side. That side does not inflate properly, So, when inflated, one side is thick and round and the other is just flat and oval.

It is uncomfortable and I am a bit worried it will inhibit gains from cycling due to only one side inflating to stretch.

Any advice is appreciated.
